I ordered 28 inch white blonde extensions back in June they never arrived.! Nobody from customer service gets back to you I paid £124 and I tried for weeks to see where the hair was along with contacting the website everyday asking for a refund to be ignored. I then called my bank and raised a dispute and they issued the refund and they contacted them and asked for proof of delivery which they obviously can’t give so I kept my refund. [ DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM ] absolutely abysmal!!!!!

No one answers the phone just an answer phone and no one calls back
Website states orders are received within 3/4 days - I’ve been waiting for over a week for my order .
Order finally arrived today. All correct and in perfect condition. The hair is excellent! It’s just a Shame that communication isn’t good and wait times are far longer than stated with no updates to apologise for delays .

I am absolutely gutted. I wasted nearly £100 on these extensions (prebonded wavy 24").
When I received them they felt a little course mid length to bottom, how I'd expect old worn extensions to feel, however I then read on the packet that they need to be washed first so thought that was why or would help.
I used professional hair extension shampoo and conditioner, I let them dry naturally with them being wavy, but noticed when dry they was only "fuzzy" on the last 3-4 inches, not wavy as ordered.
However I needed the hair extensions in so thought maybe I would have to wear them curly by bendy rollers or blwdried straight.
Well fastforward 12 days and iv taken them out!!! From day one they have been a fuzzy nest on my head, it didn't make a difference, if I let them dry naturally or blowdried and straightened them.
I have all the products for extensions as I have worn them on and off for 15 years.
I'm so gutted I wasted all this money just to take them out and put them in the bin and then have to reorder elsewhere.
I wouldnt of changed suppliers originally but did so as I wanted 24inches and my supplier only goes to 20inches.
They are terrible quality, they aren't 1gram or 0.85g as ordered, I'd say from experience with extensions they are the poorest quality I have seen and ordered in 15 years.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AS YOU WONT GET A REFUND!!

Hair arrived, it was hard to see colour in the package so I opened it to check the colour, it was not correct so I carefully put it back in the bag and contacted the customer services for a refund. They refused. Money down the drain and they didn't even have a proper conversation about it just said now. Shocking customer service and total scam artists. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bad hair and worse customer service. Waste of money. Hair arrived and I thought it looked really bad but instructions on pack say to wash before use so I hoped they would look better. They looked worse after a wash. I contacted customer service but they refused to communicate with me and offered no help at all. £98 down the drain.

I have been using this company for over a year and never had a problem until now. I received my hair as usual but one packet of blonde seemed to have something on the hair strands. All I can think it was, head lice!! I wasn’t allowed to open the packet because they won’t except it back. Their reply was “all I can see from the photos are black dots” yes that’s the head lice luv!! Anyway they don’t seem bothered by this, I returned the hair at my own expense and I needed the hair to be sent back to me ASAP. Sadly not the case. You call them you get told by a voice Mail to email them!! I’ve sent them so many emails, to be fobbed off with warm regards 🤬🤬🤬I don’t want warm regards!! I want my bloody hair extensions. Anyway I won’t be using them again. I sent them photos.
