Accidentally booked the wrong day, no refund.
I was making a booking late at night and accidentally booked the wrong day, so when we arrived, there was no available room, which is totally fair. Since we traveled a long way from Denmark, we weren’t able to come back the next day. Escape Berlin didn’t want to refund our money (they offered a voucher 🤷♂️), even though I’m pretty sure they could have easily made another booking at that time, especially since it was prime-time Sunday. I found that to be really poor customer service, considering it was an honest mistake.
