Great service with communication the day before delivery and message approximately 15 mins before arrival.

Dealing with the company with my order was excellent, communication was superb kept in contact all the time. My dislike was the attitude of delivery driver who was adamant that I had a bronze delivery which my wife didn't understand and he said that meant he leaves the mattress downstairs when I already told her it was getting taken to bedroom my wife said just leave it there then, but he eventually taken it upstairs reluctantly
Just soured things a bit.

The delivery service was first rate it was a two man delivery and they were excellent very courteous and pleasant and phoned before delivery as promised well done

The guys were fantastic. Friendly, respectful of me, the property and furniture and very efficient. Really helpful to have the tracker / update on arrival time during the working day.

Considering our house is down a narrow lane that most delivery vehicles can't get down, the two guys were very friendly and managed to walk with a heavy mattress up a steep road with not a single complaint. They were also aware in advance of the difficulties and had a few options up their sleeve - usually delivery drivers never get the message from the office scheduler that our road awaits them.

Gave a 3 hour time slot and called when 45 minutes away which was really helpful. Also emailed the slot link as we dont have smartphone access. Impressed.

The couriers were pleasant. They built the suite quickly and efficiently. They took away the packaging. They arrived in the specified time slot and would have been earlier if not for the ferry.
