I initially sent the money i wanted to transfer into my wallet to the wrong address. After this, I submitted a ticket to the support team.

It took them 5 days to respond to me. They did take care of the matter without any hassle, however.

This has been my only experience with the platform so far.

I have been with exbitron since November 2022. I had some mixed experiences, but ultimately quite positive ones.
In the spring there was a change to the system that had previously been announced several times. During this time, trading or withdrawals were not possible. It was my fault that I didn't react beforehand. After a few weeks, trading was possible again.
So far all my transactions, internal trading and withdrawals have arrived. I also had personal email contact with support after a withdrawal was delayed.

dont use this website, I bought Nexa and the price got heigher by 10 times, and when I relized that the price incresed that much I decided to sell my nexa. but I wasnt able to becuase they were updating their website and you know what? this update lasted for about 3 months and nether I was able to transfer my coins to anther wallet or even sell it.After 3 moths when the price of Nexa decreased by 12 times and I was in loss then they opened the website. and you know what I think they closed the website intentionally to sell the coin while it was 10 times heigher and when the coin decreased they bought back our coins in 12 times cheap and opened the website. this is my story believe it or not it is your choice.

Traded 115 XPI for USDT - the trade shows completed - coins gone - no USDT credit - admin says well, that's just dust - too small to bother with ... so who kept the coins then ? Owner says if you don't like the site - then don't use it ! That's really "good" customer service isn't it ? The new site they made after a hack - is slow as sin if you can even get anything to work at all ... not to mention coins just vanish on a small trade to test it. Who would ever use that ? And trade fees are double other places and minimums to trade were raised also, so any small trade - you can't even do it. Junk !

Fraudulent. They can just take your money and give it to someone else who has deposited more than you without your permission. Then just say maybe we owe you and might pay back one day, good luck.

I'd transferred a few days worth of crypto mining to Exbitron to test it out. I came back a few weeks later to ALL deposits and withdrawls on my account locked by administrator. I can't send my mining rewards, more withdraw what I already have there. I sent an email to support, as well as user their support portal. Two weeks later and still no response.

I have my coins frozen on this exchange. Withdrawal is disabled by the administration. Its been weeks now. Absolutely ridiculous!!

This site stole my coins. I had over 30 millions of MGPC and they swipe from my account. All you can see in there is the TXID for all my deposits. I wrote to customer service over a week ago and no answers. I hope you are not in the same situation.
