what a terrible website. All these 5 star reviews are FAKE. USING THE SAME GUYS NAME!! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! I paid them and then when it came time to take the exam the screen was stuck in LOADING...I sat there for 20 minutes and then the guy takes over and starts typing to the proctor (in bad English) to the guy and then the guy says he's going to relaunch the test, and then the guy that was going to take the test BAILS OUT!! I was like wtfffff!!! I asked for a refund and of course they were like no we cannot!! Then the guy that was supposed to take the test stops responding!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!AND THEY PUT A TROJAN ON MY COMPUTER!! Unbelievable!!

I give a 4 star because of the communication I hated the way the communication was and it made me a little bit scared but at the end Mac sorted it out for me .. the day of the exam was the most stressful part there was alot of misunderstanding which made me a bit angry with the tutor handling my exam but at the end we came to an understanding and they did a good job and I passed my exam..please exam help take your time to communicate with your client very well I am in the UK but you are a business make sure to know the time difference and organise on how you will respond on time .. and also make sure tutor gets the full clear instructions of exam before starting the exam .. thank you guys soo much for a job well done ..
