Ewbanks  Bewertungen

Ewbanks went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I got my auction win quickly and safely. The packing department did a superb job, and communication was beyond reproach.

A smooth and pleasant experience for first time sales at an auction house enhanced by good communication and advice from Alastair McCrea and his team at Ewbank’s. Thank you.

nicky was a gem solved all my problems great customer service and not the first time I've experienced it here top marks

Consigned some artwork for the automobilia auction with Tom Duggan - he gave me huge confidence that I had made the right decision from the first contact - I was kept informed by the team of reserves and estimates and was very happy with the results - would not hesitate in using for any items I wished to sell

Have nothing but praise for the complete service given. Had sold through Ewabanks in the past and service was fantastic. 2nd time purchasing with shipping of items Cannot fault the packing of my items! All wrapped with care and sensibly boxed via weight. Will always recommend their services- Brilliant!

Roy and Andrew drove from London to assess my items. They are very knowledgeable and were very helpful and honest right from the start. They were both a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to dealing with them both in the coming months, a real credit to their business.

Top Shipping! The books that I purchased could not possibly have been packed more carefully. It's nice to know that this is one auction whose in-house shipping is flawless. I won't hesitate to bid again knowing that such a great service is available. Many thanks, shipping dept.

The staff were professional and helpful and the sale went well. A good experience all in all - the live stream was a lot of fun.

Extremely helpful, friendly and informative. Had some pokemon cards and video games to sell and dealt with Roy in the collectable card and video game department. He came round for a valuation and took me through a thorough and easy to understand valuation of what I had and very helpfully outlined my options so I could make an informed decision on what to do next. Overall very informative and helpful, would recommend.

I recently purchased 2 items at your fashion auction .Although this was organised from Australia there was no problem and my bids were easily obtained . The items were beautifully packed and arrived at my front door in perfect condition .I would not hesitate to advise potential customers to use your organisation .

I’m a movie poster collector and whenever I win an auction, I know that my item is in safe and reliable hands with the packaging team at Ewbank’s. Every lot has been packaged with great care and quality materials to ensure safe delivery. Highly recommended!

Ewbank's were fantastic with selling my late parents furniture and ceramic art collections, also my mother's jewellery. More recently, I decided to sell my extensive vinyl collection and I was very pleased with the amount it received so I highly recommend them:)

I'm leaving a review of Ewbanks' shipping department because they're extremely careful even with inexpensive items and their pricing is more than fair. It's great to be able to buy something at auction and not to have to worry about what state it might arrive in.

Thank you to Eubanks for a great service in selling my film posters Alistair was most helpful and it was a smoothe and trouble free process

I have sold a few high-value items with Ewbanks over the years and have never had a bad experience. Their rates are very reasonable. I usually deal with Alastair in person, but get regular email updates from the rest of the team, which are greatly appreciated. I find them courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use their services for future transactions.

Roy, Andrew & the team are absolutely fantastic. I buy and sell through Ewbanks and have had excellent experiences on both fronts. Helpful, great communication and have nothing but good things to say. Shame about some of the negative comments from other users as they have no basis in reality.

Having used Ewbanks for the first time they were fantastic. Alastair McCrea was first class. From the moment I met with him for the valuation appointment he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend and will use there services again when we need to sell more items.

I have been using Ewbanks for the past 2 years.Excellent service and great communication. I would like to say a big thank you to Alastair who has been very helpful.

I have sold numerous items with Ewbanks and have always found them to be professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would particularly like to mention Alistair McCrea who is fantastic nothing is too much trouble for him and he is always quick to respond to any questions or queries. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ewbanks.

I have worked with Ewbanks Auctions on several occasions now, selling movie posters and related memorabilia. Each time, I have found their staff (special call out to Alastair McCrea) to be trustworthy, professional and willing to help. Assigning items for sale has consistently been made very easy and post auction payments have always been received on time. Everything about the experience, from beginning to end, has been a pleasure.

I look forward to working with them again.
