Great Staff Makes All The Difference!

Working with the staff at EVVNT was such a pleasure! They made advertising our upcoming Michael Blackson event on Feb 21st 2026 incredibly easy. Although we use a different platform for ticket sales, it was great to have another outlet to plug our "I Deported Myself" Comedy tour. We will definitely be working with them again on our future events.

I wouldn’t— promises of marketing but truly falls short

It’s ok. Honestly there are worse platforms. However, this one offers features that are not fully out of beta mode. We lost around $200 because they were giving a 50% off discount to our subscribers that was unwarranted. Though the issue has been fixed, it did take an entire two weeks to resolve, there was never an offer to mitigate our loses. Yeah it’s $200, but we are a nonprofit working on a shoestring budget. That $200 could do a lot for us.

Plus, the idea of “pushing your event” to publications is promotional at best. They claim multiple news outlets in your area. For us… it’s 3. And we are in Austin Texas, a huge market.

I also work for multiple companies and it seems like they are trying to monopolize on small companies by offering products they can’t deliver on. From my experience I’d stick with something that offers more robust options that have been tested and you don’t end up being their beta test.

Hi Clinton, a big fan of non profits, and in 13 years of business we support all types of events all over the world and at thirteen years we do not class ourselves in Beta Mode - but I enjoyed reading your conscientious feedback.

I'm not sure how Evvnt was giving your subscribers a 50% discount? We don't manage your pricing on ticketing / registration.

Service levels here at Evvnt on support issues are responded to within 4 hours, 3 to 5 days on issue resolution and we also have chat and telephone support - that said August is a holiday month and we may have had team on annual leave pushing out usual service levels.

Local Publications we push content to in Austin Locally is also thirteen with stand out premium channel such as https://www.statesman.com/austin360/things-to-do/

SUCCESSFUL FUNDRAISER FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED

Promotion of our annual Massey Hill Lions Club “Swinging for Sight” Golf Tournament was critical to the success of this annual event for the visually impaired. We were able to pick up golfers and sponsors that might not have normally been aware of our event! Thank you for all the exposure!

Great, personal customer service

The customer service is really good - which is always important. Knowing that if I call or email they will get straight back to me and help me. I have my own contact there who I speak to (Rob) which is great as he knows what services and plans I need and I don't need to keep explaining it to other people. So all in all just a great, friendly service!

Prompt response and follow up.

The prompt response to calling in a request for assistance. I received a phone call within 10-15 minutes of my call. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and corrected issue while on the phone. He called me back about 20 minutes later to follow up to ensure the fix was still working.

Personalized Attention

Over the summer, I bought a premier subscription to support four large music events at our church, but then had to cancel that subscription because the church couldn't afford to maintain it. I wrote to Client Services at Evvnt to ask for help and received immediate, personalized attention. Faberge and Bryan understood the situation and accommodated my needs. When i discovered a glitch a month later, I wrote back and once again received immediate satisfaction. I enjoyed working with the team at Evvnt, and will continue to use it as a primary tool for advertising our events.
