Have made purchases on the 5 Dec at 4pm and not any of my 3 purchases contained any vouchers. Contacted immediately and reported the non issue(not the 1st time I had this issue on their website).Used all formats to contact and inform but even after 24 hours I have had no reply from them.

I ordered 10$ iTunes voucher before a year ago, then I had no voucher on my account, and the order still needs further approval, even I tried to contact them via email, whatsapp and the contact form but they didn't answer me.
