Great prices
Great prices. Arrived quickly but badly packaged. One item (a large ruler) was too large for the packaging, poked a hole through, and was falling out. I am surprised I didn't get an empty parcel quite frankly!

ordered items that were advertised as in stock online. However received an email later to advise out of stock. Still awaiting refund.

Our stock feeds come directly from our suppliers, unfortunately they can also get it wrong sometimes, we only know when an item is in stock when we come to order it, as stock feeds are updated every 1 hour, at the time of you ordering stock only showed 1, there was a very high chance that item was most probably gone by the time your order went through, there are over 100 office supplies companies using the same suppliers and same stock feed and with regards to your refund this was done immediately once you received our email advising you that the item was out of stock. We do have a confirmation of this. We once again do apologise that your order could not be fulfilled.

Prices were very competitive and good value, overall customer service was excellent. Dhiren was most attentive and kept in touch throughout. My order was to be delivered by two separate delivery companies: however, the DPD driver did not ring the door bells. I was only 12 paces away in another room, a note was left informing me that I was not at home and that I had to collect the package from a pickup point after notification. DPD did not inform me when it was then available to collect, this spoiled the purchasing experience.
I cannot fault KDK Office Supplies Ltd and will certainly consider using them again.
