Endangering Customers

Partner went on a fast lap in an ariel atom. Driver decided to raise a hand off the steering wheel and look the other way, the car spun and ave my partner a concussion and damage to her back which caused nights of nausea and pain resulting in days off work. Complained to get no reply, complained again and sent ICO request for footage to no reply, finally got a girl named Samantha Mosley on the phone who said they never got it we came to realise was a lie. She took the matter up. I chased days later, no reply, called there to a very different attitude passing the buck telling me she couldn't help and it wasnt her job to reply to me. resulted in her hanging up. So ignored the complaint, ignored the ICO legal request, hangs up on customers after careless driving caused injury. They got in a huddle after also to have a laugh about it whilst my partner sat in the middle still in the car then sent her back out. Add the fact one of their higher ups is in jail for armed robbery and the fact they have a 2 score in reviews on here under another variant of the name. Same as on trip advisor where they have the trumped up reviews they want you to see and those they dont. And i would say you have a complete bunch of sharks only interested in your money so you can sit in traffic for 3 laps behind doris and the gang. Busy contacting the ICO and sending a letter of intention to CCJ. Good luck ignoring that you bunch of crooks. Queue the generic reply from them telling me to email in when theyve clearly ignored matters. My advice. AVOID!

Disappointed

Disappointed. It’s clear they are more interested in how many extras they can sell you including extra insurance, rather than the customer experience. Apparently if you hit a cone it’s a £5000 fine. I found staff particularly unhelpful with Lots of unwanted waiting around. The photo package is poor. Get a friend to take a pic on their iPhone, it will look better. Not very well organised. The car I drove had seriously inadequate windscreen wipers. On this rainy day, it made driving extremely difficult. The brake pedal kept sticking on, the dashboard had multiple warning lights on. Not what I expected from a supercar experience. They really need to up their game.

A Cold Response to a Personal Crisis

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from this company.
Five days before my scheduled session, I contacted them to request a date change due to a family emergency — a funeral. I was told that because I had missed the seven-day cutoff, no changes could be made. There was no empathy, no flexibility — just a suggestion to email if I had further concerns.
I followed up via email the next day, explaining the situation in full. While I received an initial response within a few hours, it felt like a generic, copy-and-paste reply, stating that the booking couldn’t be moved due to “admin already completed.” I replied promptly and followed up three more times, but heard nothing further until five days later — after the event had already passed.
This delay, combined with the dismissal of my concern about flexible cancellation options, reflects poorly on the company’s values and customer care. The fact that flexibility was only possible if the person who gifted me the experience had paid more upfront felt opportunistic and lacking in compassion.
Eventually, I was offered a 50% discount. While acknowledged, this gesture felt inadequate and frankly insensitive given the circumstances. It reinforced the impression that policy was prioritized over people.
I’m sharing this experience to highlight:
• A lack of empathy during a deeply personal and difficult time
• Poorly timed and delayed communication that prevented resolution
• An unreasonable expectation to pay more for basic flexibility
• Inconsistent and unconvincing explanations for the company’s inflexibility
I hope this feedback encourages the company to reflect on how it handles sensitive situations in the future — with more humanity, responsiveness, and care.

I was bought a Diamond Experience…

I was bought a Diamond Experience stating 'very VIP'.

This afforded a dedicated parking area near the track, tea, coffee and biscuits and fast track to avoid waiting around for your car experiences. Sadly, the greeting we received was well meant by the two staff but generally it was quite mediocre. VIP teas etc amounted to an urn and paper cups in one of the garages. We were taken to a briefing that was currently running and told it would finish soon but 20 minutes later and whilst getting wet in the rain, it ended and we could go inside to the next one, only to be told it wouldn't start for another 10 minutes. The briefing was good and really made a difference and really lifted our mood and improved our experience (by Richard).

The cars. I drove an Aston Martin and a Maclaren. Two great cars and two great instructors. For me though, the track was too crowded and it was impossible to get up to any speed higher than 60 miles an hour, plus they put cones out to force you to slow down on the only fast straight part of the track.

I still had a nice morning but wasn't exactly how I expected to be. I don't think its worth paying for VVIP as its unnecessary expenditure.

I think its very expensive for what you get out of the day. I did enjoy it but did feel the VIP service was extremely basic.

I was at Brands Hatch.

Aldershot

Aldershot. Awful management of timings, we were on time at 08;30. First two cars on time, then had to wait for 1 1/2 hours for 3 rd experience.

A classic experience

I was looking forward to driving a classic Mustang and a Shelby Cobra but the latter was cancelled a day before because of a broken gearbox and so chose an Aston Martin DB5 in its place.
The main gripe I had was the condition of the cars, which to be honest were both in a poor condition, speedo, rev counter, auto gearbox indicator lights, all not working, the brakes were poor, performance non existent, it was as though the cars had never been in for any maintenance or attention. The organisation and planning was good but the driving experience left something to be desired. I would never go for the classic cars again as the Mustang was 60 years old and it felt it, these comments apply to both cars and in the DSB5 I could not even change gear as it was so difficult.
My driving experience was at Prestwold Driving Centre.

No Public Liability Insurance

Damage Waiver - I refer to Para 7 of the Driving Experience Customer Declaration form - It states "I understand that Everyman Driving Experiences holds public liability insurance".
As it states "I understand", and that I have to sign this declaration, I requested a copy of the said insurance.
Despite several requests, I was ignored, until I finally received a response stating that consumers have no automatic right to such commercially sensitive information.

I am appalled that customers must sign a waiver, without the opportunity to have sight of a valid insurance certificate.

Whilst I am confident that the Drivers are Safe & Experienced, unplanned & uncontrolled events can take place.
In such cases, it is reassuring to know that insurances are in place for loved ones.

I was hoping to return with my son, however, this has really put a dampener of future experiences with this company.

Put simply, how do customers know if this company is insured?

What an awfull company to deal with.

What an awfull company to deal with.
We'v got a voucher for deiving experience. When tried to redeem ,they adviced there would be additional charges for insurance waver and filming /photos.
If I got a gift voucher ,why I should pay extra. Unfair trade practices here. Hidden fees.
Without my consent they still booked experience.
Customer service none. Tried to cancel,but representative told me he can't cancel it. What kinda advisor, if can't do a simple thing.
Avoid thouse jokes !

Such an amazing time

I couldn’t recommend Everyman driving experience enough. I took my son Harvey there to drive 2 super cars l, a Nissan GTR and a Mclaren as well as a high speed passenger ride and we had an amazing time. All the staff were helpful and the men that go with your child in the cars were very friendly and makes your child feel comfortable and safe. You can also pay on the day of you fancy a turn yourself, so we paid for our daughter Sophia to have a high speed passenger ride in a Lamborghini which made her smile. We will 100% be returning.
