The service was seamless from beginning to end at every stage. I received helpful text messages and reminders to check emails, and all explanations and options were clear. Finally got round to doing our Wills! Found this company on Facebook actually as I had a discount for being an NHS worker. I always rate a company in their aftercare once the money has been handed over. All great in this regard. Good communication. I liked the primary call to discuss what we wanted. Once agreed, the Will was put together and we proof read before final copies are done. Just a point, a basic Will won’t cost much. If you want a Trust to be put into place and/or property ownership divided then the cost will go up by hundreds. We decided to do this after advice from this company and it was done with ease.
