I've been waiting for 4 days for my prescriptions to arrive at the pharmacy to be filled. I didn't opt for their membership because I wanted to see how this works first. I won't be taking out a membership now under any circumstances. I've had to log in twice now to indicate what pharmacy to use and still nothing.

I wish I had read reviews more thoroughly. The provider they assigned me doesn't read my messages and is just copying and pasting responses - I don't even know if I'm speaking to a real person. Even with labs they won't prescribe anything and will just recommend supplements you can buy over the counter.

Love my provider. No complaints there. I've been using this service for almost a year, and my insurance has not changed. Suddenly, Evernow wants to charge me the full visit amount and then reimburse me once my insurance approves the visit. This is against their agreement with the insurance company since my cost-sharing is $0. I submitted a ticket to support and let them know that and they basically said tough you have to wait for the insurance to process so we can refund you. They claim that the insurance told them to charge me the full visit this time for some reason, and refuse to look into it. So I will be going elsewhere.

Paid for the 3 month subscription just to get ghosted by my provider. I will say they did refund me my money but I wouldn't recommend them as a service. It's hard to get consistent care

When I told my provider about my sleep issues, her response was "I understand your concern, sleep is very important." NOTHING to help me! That's so uncaring and mean! She could have like she did tell me about the a certain kind of melantonin I never heard of, that was way later. I had mentioned when someone on the internet had an estrogen level of 400, but then she responded as if I did and she knows from my results I sent, I NEVER got to 400 estradiol, only 358. I asked for a prescription for Premarin cream, she never mentioned until much later about that she can't days and days later, which I had to bring up I didn't get what I had asked for. Then took days to send the prior authorization for Addyi prescription instead of right away I had to keep asking. Everynow doctor's want you to not get free care from messages and this is what this is about so they can make sure you keep making appointments by not responding like you should in messages. I am glad I never got the subscription. What is the point of this if you can't get care through your messages and have to make appointments every single time you want something? DO NOT get the subscriptions. They don't care you are suffering, they just don't.

Mixed bag but overall negative experience. The provider I had was thorough, responsive, and high quality. Getting prescriptions sent was way more complicated than it needed to be though, and although I thought I would get a prompt to approve the shipment of a $75 facial cream, I didn't, and did not know that it was on the way until it was too late. Initially I was more satisfied with the scope of services; after some time it felt like a lot of "money grabbing" with compounded products of questionable efficacy, unclear safety, and high prices.

I’m giving it 1 star only because the provider had good bed side manner. I was told my case was complex and she’d submit it for review. I’m on the younger side and have classic hormonal symptoms that progesterone would help- night sweats inflammation can’t cool off at night and tired and heavier bleeding. I am diagnosed with hashimotos as well. She stated I could have something else going on and suggested I go to a primary doctor and request labs. I basically just gave them money to feel even more helpless. If you’re looking for help don’t do it with them.

They don't call your prescription in. I have ran out of medication twice while under their care because of this issue. I saw my provider last week and my prescription is sitting at my pharmacy, unable to be dispensed because my provider hasn't sent in her approval. The communication is garbage, and they have a high turnover with providers.

I has an appointment for 11:30 AM, at 11:12 PM I received a missed appointment email, and that I would be charged $50.00 for the visit. I tried to log into my account to be sure I was not in the wrong, and cannot view any of my info. Instead I am redirected to sign up again, get the monthly membership, or schedule again. At the very least, I should be able to log in to see if I was in error, in which case I would pay the missed appt. fee. I contacted customer service, but if they do not credit my $50.00 to reschedule, I am not using them.

I have been experiencing many unpleasant symptoms of Peri menopause and it was recommended to contact Evernow for a provider. Making an appointment was easy and they accepted insurance. Those are the only two good things. The provider met with me and requested that I contact my doctor to request lab work. Once I had the lab work completed the provider requested that I contact my doctor to request a mammogram and additional blood work. The Evernow providers cannot order labs or any testing. There is no point to this service. Complete waste of time and money.

Evernow is a membership based service provider that attaches to your bank account to siphon monthly fees, This is a matter of Evernow discontinuing to provide service once I became ineligible for not providing a mammogram and still taking membership fees from my bank account. In my case nine months $49/mo, $441 total. Slimy, parasitic, unethical and illegal.
