I paid $101.57 for a lace and never received it. This is some horrible business. I don't work hard to be Robbed by a business I thought had nice products. I will never purchase from them again. I normally purchase from Luvme. But I thought I'd give everglowshop a try. Worst mistake ever. I emailed these people and they promised to send me a replacement unit and I haven't received it yet. Now they're ignoring my emails. Don't do business with these people. They don't care about their customers. I will from now on purchase with Luvme. I order 6 units from Luvme at one time and received them all. This is not a business I ever want to patronize ever again. You can always tell when a business is struggling because they start to not care about the customer. I hope $101.57 was worth losing a possible loyal customer. People put your trust in Luvme. They always deliver.

I have been scammed as well. Paid for a wig I did not receive. Now their customer service is ignoring my emails.

I ordered a week February 26 2025 it was supposed to be shipped within 3 to 5 working days. I contacted them in 14th March 2025 To query my order. This was their reply
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your patience regarding your order. I am pleased to inform you that it will be shipped out this week.
We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us anytime.

They then said that my order has been dispatched on the 17th of March. When I checked the delivery status with the tracking number they supplied, but they had changed my address. I then contacted the delivery service as it also stated that delivery had been made but I was unable to as the delivery was made to an unknown address. I then sent another email to query my order on the 24th of March 2025 and this is what I received:

2. If your order has been shipped but you haven't received it:
You can track your order directly using our website's tracking tool.
to check the latest status of your delivery. If the tracking information is unclear or outdated, please let us know, ect…
I then contacted them once again on the 25th of March 2025 and they had cease communication. I have paid this through PayPal on their 3 payments scheme, I then contacted PayPal to let them know the issue in regards to this company and to ask if they could withhold payment until I received my package. I was told that this was not possible. I would have to continue with payments as they had already paid the company, and that they will conduct an investigation into the issue that I’m having with this company. The cost of my wig was £150 of which I have already made two payments, I am extremely reluctant to make the last payment but unfortunately I am at the mercy of PayPal who expect payment to be made as scheduled regardless. It is clearly apparent that this company has been scamming people and getting away with it for a VERY long time, and have not been held accountable for their actions. Something needs to be done about this company as they clearly have been making huge amounts of money at the expense of innocent customers. Like many others, I wish I’d seen these reviews prior to ordering, this company needs to be reported to trading standards by everyone who comes into contact with them, so as they can be held accountable for their actions.
AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I WISH I would have come across these reviews before I spent my money. LUCKILY it was only $100 but it’s still $100 of MY MONEY!!

I ordered the fake scalp glue less 7x5 on Feb 9th. Followed up with an email on Feb 24th to check the status and received this response on Feb 25th:

Thank you for your recent order with us. We want to let you know that your wig, along with several hundred others, has been shipped from China to the United States on the same day you placed your order.

However, due to new policies implemented by the Trump administration, our packages are currently facing unprecedented delays in customs inspections. We assure you that as soon as your package has cleared customs, we will ship it to you immediately.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time. Please rest assured that you will not incur any additional fees related to this delay.

Thank you for your understanding.

The same day I magically received a tracking number. The package sat for an additional 3 weeks. Checked the tracking number again and it said it was on hold due to an incomplete address. Received the package on March 21st.

It was a piece of cardboard with a thank you note telling me my order was in another package that I should receive in 3-7 business days 🙄.

The absolute worst. I placed an order with them months ago and have not only received NOTHING but have been lied to about a replacement shipment and a refund.

These people are scammers. Do not do any business with them. They are dishonest and disgusting liars.

This company is definitely a SCAM! I ordered a wig back in February, sent several emails requesting status. Was told that due to the new custom enforced by Trump it’s being held up in customs. A few days later I received a tracking number. Called USPS with the tracking number and it said the package could not be delivered due to wrong address. Reached out to this company several times since NO RESPONSE! I purchased through PayPal and hoping I get a refund! THIS COMPANY IS USING THE FACE OF BLACK WOMEN TO ADVERTISE. IF YOU NOTICE YOU CANNOT REPLY TO ANY OF THEIR IG POST BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE SCAMMING AND PLAYING IN OUR FACES! EVERYONE THAT SEES THIS POST LETS BRING THEM TO THE FOREFRONT AND BLAST IT IN THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, the shade room, world star and all the platforms that will EXPOSE THEM FOR ALL THAT THEY ARE DOING TO US! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THESE PEOPLE TAKING US FOR GRANTED!!!

If I could, I would give this company negative stars. They are gaslighting scammers. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a wig February 10, 2025. The wig was delivered to the wrong post office. I spoke with the post office, and they have never received it and stated Everglow is a fraud. I contacted Everglow on again. March 18, a replacement was advised was on its way. On March 21, I received a lengthy email with no clear mention of where my replacement or money is? I am tired. I ordered the wig for my son wedding which is quickly approaching. Do they care???? NOOOO. I researched only to find a FAKE US office.

Everglow if you business is real How can I conatct you to discuss my wig or refund?

This company is a complete scam! I ordered a 26” body wave wig in November 23, 2024, They sent me a knitted hat instead on January 25, 2025. I emailed them pictures of the package with the tracking number, and of the hat that they sent! They investigated and told me they would expedite the correct order, it is now March 21, 2025, I never got my order! All I got was a bunch of lies through emails, stringing me along!

I ordered the wig and they sent me a beanie instead. The company tried to say it was someone with the post office that the post office kept my wig. I said I would cancel with my bank and they said they would send another wig out. When I got the 2nd wig the package was tiny, so I video taped me opening up this so called wig. When I opened it they had send me another beanie. So I got a blue and pink Beanie and no wig, but pay pal credited my back my money

They are scammers!!!! I ordered my wig in January. It’s March 20th and I haven’t received it. I asked for a tracking number and received excuses. I asked for my money back and they tell me that it’s in customs. Don’t order from them.

I was excited about purchasing this wig from Everglow Hair. To my dismay I never received my order. I placed my order on February 7th, today is March 20th and I still don't have my product. I have requested a refund with no response. I have spent over $200 with them and haven't seen or heard anything about my second request for a refund. I am going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and the FTC to see what can be done. To everyone, please do not use this company.

I ordered a wig from everglow paid thru PayPal I never received the unit. They sent me some fake tracking number. Stating the wig was delivered. I wouldn’t trust this company again NEVER I paid $100.00 I never received a refund and PayPal didn’t help they closed the case because everglow sent them a tracking number. Which was fake. So I’m out of $100.00 . I’m going to get rid of PayPal they were no help. In the future I will read reviews etc. before ordering from a company I’m not familiar with. Everglow they lied never again don’t trust them

Please be aware this everglow hair company is a scam and fraud. Do not be fooled by Instagram post and Facebook. They took $600.00 from me and mailed me a plain cardboard with thank you note No wigs, yes my dumbass ordered 2 wigs from them back in February 22 2025

SCAM ALERT. Beware. I spent $139 on a piece of cardboard. I am extremely upset. I disputed the charge and am praying it is resolved. I can’t believe this company is still able to exist.

Ordered February 17th and still haven't received any wig. Instead I received a post card saying delivered. Of course the company acts like they care but nothing is done. So pissed cuz I listened to the Instagram reviews all those chicks are obviously in on it too. I'm going to make sure I leave real reviews so other girls aren't played..

At this point everglow wigs is a total scam bought on February 17 now march 19th have never received my wig and tracking marked as delivered would not reccomend at all im soo frustrated i have nothing but they have my money #scam

This is a scam they send a package empty saying thank you for ordering from temu fake scam they even answered all messages and give the run around leave number off your address I leave them in hand of the lord just be careful they said they in business for eight years and still scamming people they ly to you in every email I report it to my bank hoping to get this fixed and stop these scammers BE SERIOUSLY AWARE

If I could rate this company a zero I would. I was charged for the item which was never received. Tracking shows delivered to a mailbox in my city, state and zip code but no street address. I’m currently filing a fraud claim with my credit card company to investigate further. Buyer Beware!

Placed my order Jan 23,2025.
Received tracking that wig was delivered in or at mailbox.
Tracking led me to doctors office who was not aware of a delivery.
I emailed company an was assured another wig would be shipped out.
After one week I emailed again and was assured the wig was on the way. A few days passed and was told it was delayed due to tarriffs.
I'm very dissatisfied!
Will not order from them again.
