fake tracking number and didn't recieve my wig from them. They responded once saying they were gonna give me my refund and nothing and now they aren't communicating or responding at all smh what is the world coming to today? You've been warned ⚠️

I ordered from them in January of 2025. I never received my order. After contacting them by email multiple times, I received an email stating that my order was “delivered and returned.” I then asked for a refund (I asked via email) and was told I would receive my order plus a bonus order. I never received those either. Finally, I sent emails demanding a refund, and now I cannot get ANY response at all. It is now May of 2025.

Ordered a product. Never received it and there is no way to contact this company!!! Emails go unanswered! Warning!!!! Don’t buy from them!!!

Ordered a wig through them back in January 2025, and I'm still going through the process with Klarna on getting my money back. They keep pausing my payments then starting them back up again because this fraudulent company gave them a fake tracking number, but I haven't received a thing. I am still seeing their ads on tik tok, but I can't make a comment.

I can’t give this wig company a zero because they don’t provide you with a zero. I ordered a wig four weeks ago and still have not received my wig. This website is a scam. They stole my money . Please do not order from this website

As many others are saying, they're scamming. I have received three separate envelopes (envelopes, not packages) containing slips of paper that they've used to claim they delivered product to dispute my chargeback. They've not responded to any emails at all. Thankfully I kept the envelopes and can prove they did not send any product to my credit card company. Don't order from them.

I ordered a wig in February and it was NOT DELIVERED as they stated it was. I contacted customer service and they assured me that another unit would be delivered since the order insurance and then it was total radio silence from them. No updates, no redelivery, no wig and no refund. I email them constantly and they have stopped replying and I am out $156.00 AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS PLACE IS SCAM AND A RIP OFF

This company is a scam! And my bank (Chase Bank) had the audacity not to give me my money back. They sent me a piece of paper saying my product will come later. They did this so that USPS will show that the product was delivered. It never was!!!!! They won’t allow you to put reviews on Google. I’ve reported it to google, let’s see what they do. How in the world are they still being allowed to fake sell product and take peoples money!!!!! FBI or someone shut them down. They are robbing people.

Well just in case there are some who still don’t know, this so-called company is a total scam, and it has been proven in by many. I only wish I’d come here first. I purchased a hair unit on January 28, 2025…not a typo, it was actually nearly three months since I canceled my order on February 4th, when I literally had zero correspondence about the item shipping or even an order confirmation. Once I canceled I have only received automated responses stating that it took 15 business days for my refund to credit. I knew immediately that it was a scam since rarely would a credit take that long, but waited and waited. Then an entire month has passed since I’d canceled, and I then received an email that it was out of their hands but that they would look into it. I couldn’t believe that had been scammed. I then notified my bank and they assured me not to worry. I continued to receive the same automated responses via email until all correspondences just stopped because at this point, what could they say? I’ve reported them to BBB but of course there’s only so much they can do with those out of country. I also reported them to the FTC and the Internet Crime Complaint Center, and I’m hoping they will stop the madness. Please report them!!

I ordered a unit in March for my birthday, and it has been over a month since I placed the order, and I have not received it. I emailed them at least 3 times, and they sent me a letter saying that it was on its way. I still don't have my unit. I am so disappointed because all the pictures on IG were on point. I know they don't charge for shipping, as they claim to use USPS. But I would have paid for the shipping if that were the case. It's got to be a way that these people can be held accountable for the damage they have done to my wallet!

My money back or make a formal complaint since they don’t seem to even exist. Their IG has all comments controlled so nobody can comment the truth about their shitty practices.

How is this company still allowed to operate. It’s clearly a scam and multiple complaints with Better Business Bureau, PayPal, Zip, credit card companies, banks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY….. you’ve been warned…….

Everglow Hair company is a scam. If I could give them a -10, I would say they are not a legitimate company. Let everyone you know not to purchase from this company. They will take your money. I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit against them for their illegal practices. Part of their scam is, they will send you messages stating that your package is on the way, but you will never receive a package. They will even have a fake tracking number and all that comes is a small bag with a piece of cardboard in it. Please do not purchase from this company, you will get scammed.

Everglow is a scam. They say they have posted your item, sometimes they even give you a tracking number. However, when you try to track using the number it never works or it states that the item has been delivered, which it has not.
I bought a wig for £82. I paid directly with my debit card online . A month later they told me the wig was lost in the post and they were sending another one. Two months later I still had not received what I had paid for. I raised a dispute through my bank and my bank refunded me the money I had paid in full within 10 days (they literally put the money back into my account two days ago). I am not sure what checks my bank carried out but they had no hesitation in refunding my money. I suspect that a very brief search and a couple of unanswered emails would have shown them that Everglow is at best untrustworthy at worst a scam.
I wish I could find a way to let people know when they come across their advert online on Instagram on Facebook or wherever, that they should not trust it and that they should never order from this company.

I never received the wigs that I ordered. In fact, I received a package that came from an individual‘s house in Michigan and had a cardboard box inside of it. They had the nerve to mark that it was delivered. I filed a complaint with the postal department and a government agency due to the fraudulent activity.

I order wigs from Everglow and never received them. But what I did receive was a note explaining that the product is on its way. When I checked my order status, they had the nerve to mark it as delivered--utilizing that note(tracking number) as if the product, indeed was delivered. It was terrible and deceitful.

Beware. You've been warned. Like others complaining about not receiving their wig, this has happened to me also. I ordered a wig from Everglow in January, 2025. I became concerned after waiting two weeks and not receiving my wig. I then contacted this so called company inquiring about the missing wig. Soon afterwards I received in the mail a letter attached to a small cardboard with an American address, but Chinese letters along the bottom thanking me for purchasing my wig from them and that it would be delivered in 3-5 business days if not already. I thought that was odd, since that was a first for me receiving a thank you for your purchased, etc. I then started tracking my pkg through the USPS. Even making an in person visit. I was told by USPS to file a claim for possible fraud. I contacted Everglow AGAIN! They apologize but promised to send a replacement while investigating the lost wig that was supposedly delivered. After waiting for the replacement wig for over 2 weeks, I started tracking the pkg, again but NOTICED that my last number on my home address was missing making the package UNDELIVERABLE. I contacted Everglow with this info. They apologized and planned to correct my address.
We'll that never happened and still no wig after 4 months. I.hope no one else fall for this scam. I feel they are deliberately omitting your address number, hoping you give up so they can keep your money. You've been warned people!

I ordered a wig from this company and never received it. I disputed the charges with Paypal, but they sided in Everglow’s favor because of a tracking number that said the package was delivered, but I never received it. I then contacted BBB and they said they couldn’t locate the fake address. I will continue to pursuit this scam through Paypal I will not give up! THIS COMPANY IS SCAM. Do Not Order From them!!!

Update: I did not give up as previously stated. I received a refund from Paypal.

It's a scam. The sellers are internationals using pictures of black women to sell their products, but none of it is real. Many people have reported them, but the site and insta are still up unfortunately. They will mail you a piece of card board with a note and then mark the wig was delivered. This actually happened, and I laughed. This was way before the tariffs were an issue. They have been scamming for a long time.
