Great job done by Eve from the quote to install, the team who fitted them where top quality and every bit of rubbish was removed from the site, leaving the place spot on.

They have been a pleasure to deal with. Liam and Alex came out to see us. Very down to earth and no hard sale tactics. We are super pleased with our panel install. They finished it as expected in a day and it all looks really neat and tidy and was up and running by that afternoon. An initial glitch with the app the next day but they came straight out the next morning to sort it out. Based on our experience so far I would definitely recommend this company.

I have upgraded Eve Renewables to 5 star. My initial review gave 4 stars I was totally happy with my experience however I never give 5 stars as I feel there is always room for improvement. On this occasion I am so happy with their after installation help, Ryan arrived on time and sorted my query efficiently and with a smile. Happy to upgrade all staff have been excellent.

From accepting quote to install in just over 1 week all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable the installation team were very respectful of property and completed in less than a day after service has been spot on too

Eve renewable did a fantastic job, Ben came to discuss all the information and told us everything we needed to know, everything was quick and smooth.
Ryan came to install it and did a great job and very quick, showed me how it all works once installed, great job well done!

Had our solar panels installed today by these guys. From start to finish they have been nothing more than welcoming and professional. No amount of questions were too much and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. From the first chat right through to the installation everything was so professional and taken with great care. We had a couple of things we weren’t happy with on the installation initially, but these were addressed very quickly and effectively and I am very happy about that, excellent customer service.

Fantastic service from Eve Renewables. Liam came to see us and gave us comprehensive information about the solar panels and battery system we could have. From initially seeing him to full installation was just over two weeks, including a full electrical survey, and a second visit to finalise the scheme. Sam then took over as our point of contact and communication was excellent. This morning the scaffolder's and Ryan, the electrician, arrived and set to getting prepared for the panels. They were very quick erecting the scaffolding and Ryan did a brilliant job troubleshooting electrical issues and resolving them. Clarke arrived to install the panels and did a brilliant job! Everyone was finished, cleaned up, and scaffolding down by 4pm! Ryan showed us how to install and use the app to monitor the panels and battery. What a great company. From quotation to install. A great team with the custom in mind. Had my install today and Ryan was great he took me through the full system. He was Very clean and tidy through out the process.

Had ben come out intialy and showed what we was to expect with the solar and battery system. Which showed us our savings on our electric bill as we are fully electric household. We went ahead and had them fitted. Was not as smooth as we would of liked there was issues with the roof and the electrics but ryan the electrican and sam were spot on with the communication and resolveing the issues with the roof and electrics. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. The after care for questions and answers are fantastic. Even tho we had a few issues we would highly recommend and use them again. I carnt thank ben,sam and ryan for there work.

Every individual I have spoken to over the whole process has been exceptional. Andy who initially spoke to me about panels and took me through the options was exceptional, was polite and friendly, explaining everything really well without try to push me one way or another or pressure me at any point. No deposit required was a great stress reducer.

Sam in the Eve Renewables head office handled all my paperwork and admin needs, constantly kept me informed of what was going on and has been very prompt and accommodating to my requests, and ensuring everything is completed to my satisfaction. I even ended up placing a deposit to lower the cost of the financial agreement, and despite this being counter to their usual workload, Sam promptly organised this for me with reassurances of the companies responsible for ensuring that deposit was protected.

Ryan who installed the solar units with the roofers Dan and Dave was very friendly and an absolute joy to talk to (a total G you might say 😉). He did an exceptional job completing the work to a very high standard. Everything is extremely neatly done, and looks very professional. Although originally they planned for 12 panels, they fitted 10, and advised against the other 2 due to potential issues with disrupting the seals on my velux windows potentially causing leaks. Everything was explained and confirmed with me at all points, and again no pressure was applied.

He has even continued to monitor my solar units to ensure they are working correctly in relation to the grid, with agreements to return if anything appears amiss.

Honestly every stage of the process felt like they are very dedicated to ensuring as good a customer experience as possible. Professional in every facet, and I genuinely can't think of anything I could criticise. Thankyou very much!

Professional company with great communication from the design, consultation, installation through to aftersales and customer care. installation team friendly and completed the job in a day with full explanation and set up once completed.

We have just had an installation of solar panels done. The proce was very reasonable for what we had done . The guys were very knowledgeable in ensuring we had the right amount to cover the cost of our heat source pump etc to reduce our bills. Ben from the company was really helpful in ensuring everything went smoothly and was always on call to ensure we knew what was happening before and the aftercare as been the same . Sam from the office was also the same . If I'm honest we've had alot of work done throughout the house over the years and the full team as been one of the best we have worked with. From the office (sam) to the field guy (ben) and all the fitters . All have been an absolute pleasure to have around. The after care as been amazing to ensure we was on the right tarrifs to even the cleanliness after . Would highly recommend these guys in the future . They may be a new company but they are better than some that have been around for several years with the Knowledge and customer service they provide . We knew exactly what equipment we was getting . Everything was explained correctly and the installation from the loft to the roof was all done in a tidy manner. Extremely professional guys 👏 thank you gemma and craig 😊

Great service from start to finish. Had looked at solar with other installers but settled on Eve as the price and equipment offered was a better option for me. They also didn’t ask for a penny of my money until the installation was completed. Very happy with everything so far. Bring on the summer sunshine

A stress free process from start to finish. We knew exactly what we were paying for, how it would look and what we'd be saving long term. We were constantly in communication with the company from first visit to after the install was up and running! Very happy customer, will certainly recommend Eve to anyone!
