5 star customer care and service
From the customer care till the service, everything is simply amazing.
I made 2 different orders and on the first one the faux arrangement was too big. I contacted Lynn and she was extremely supportive and helpful. Had the refund done pretty quick. Made a 2nd order , delivery was quick. Overall, quality of flowers and service are 5 stars. Keep the good job. I will be ordering again soon.

Another marvellous bouquet
Delivery not the fastest, but gorgeous bouquet as always with a lovely handwritten note too. I have several bouquets dotted around the house as I love flowers, but our cat eats fresh ones, so great solution for us.
