Two calendars

I bought rhe wall and fridge calendar. I could not find a way to sync both calendars. I wish that was easier to do. I didn't want to sync my email calendar to sync both. Other than. That really easy to use i like that you don't have to have a subscription to use the full features of these calendars. I read that delivery was a nightmare but it was delivered to me in about 5 days with no issues

Shipping and communication were great

We love our Everblog

We love our Everblog. My kids love the chore chart portion. It’s been easier getting my kids to do things around the house and they are able to see where they are at for getting their reward. Helps with meal planning and groceries.

If I fill in an event from my Google…

If I fill in an event from my Google calendar, I can't designate it to another profile on the everblog screen. It's always stuck on me, even if it's something for my kids. That was the main reason I purchased this.

If I enter events directly to ever blog, then it doesn't sync backwards with my Google calendar on my phone. This wouldn't be a problem if I could access the ever blog app at any time, but it locks me out when the screen falls asleep. This wouldn't be a problem if I could keep the screen on full time but then the battery doesn't last.

I'm an engineer whose job it is to troubleshoot. I've tried just about everything. It's user friendly from a visual standpoint but not much else. I'll keep trying to find a solution but at this point figure I wasted my money.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We completely understand your frustration, especially since schedule management was a key reason for your purchase.

Currently, Google Calendar events remain tied to the original synced Google account. As a workaround, if your child already has a Google sub-calendar/account, you can import it and rename the synced member profile within Everblog’s Member Management section to your child’s name.

For two-way sync, the Everblog mobile app already supports bidirectional syncing with Google Calendar and Outlook. When creating an event, simply enable the “Sync to Google” option to have the event sync back to your Google Calendar.

Regarding screen sleep, continuous display mode does increase battery consumption significantly. We’re preparing a powered dock solution, planned for late June, designed for more permanent always-on home use.

During our internal product testing, we did not encounter this issue on the tested fridge surfaces. However, we are very sorry if this happened on your fridge, as different fridge finishes and surface coatings may react differently over time.

To help prevent this from happening, we would like to share an important usage tip: please do not directly slide, move, or rotate the FridgeCal™ while it is attached to the fridge door, as trapped dust particles or friction may cause scratches on certain fridge surfaces. If you would like to reposition your FridgeCal™, we strongly recommend fully removing it from the fridge first, then placing it back in the new position.

Everblog calendar

The wait was the only thing I had hard time doing haha. Overall, I have been waiting for a company to make a magnetic calendar without a cord. I used to write on dry erase boards. My wrist pain from old injuries started to flare up so bad I could not write on my dry erase boards on the fridges. I then came around to an ad about this and the great reviews. It has helped so much with my wrist pain and being organized. Down the line I might by the stand just to write things easier on the system instead of holding it. I love this product! :)

Deplorable Customer Service-DONOTPURCHASE

I received the Everblog calendar 13.4” after waiting patiently for over 6wks for it to arrive. I tried setting it up but the verification code nor the tab that l was instructed to go to didn’t exist. I called customer service but the lady could not help me so l asked to speak to another customer service representative and oddly, she said there was no one else then she blatantly and rudely hung up on me. I called back 6xs and no one answered. Tried calling back 5xs after that and received nothing but a busy signal. This company is a scam, the product is subpar, customer service is abhorrent and a complete waste of time, energy & money. EVERY place that l can do this review for this company l am doing it.

Well I ordered the item in February

Well I ordered the item in February. I still have not received it and we are half way through April. So, there are definitely issues with shipping. I have ordered other items that ship from China and they have only taken like a week or 2 to get to me. I cannot give a review of the device because I have never received it. I hope it is worth the wait. I will say that the customer service is very responsive to questions and concerns which is a plus. I have changed my review based off of this. I will update my review once I receive the product.
