The user experience and the way to app displays to attendees was incredible. It didn't come without some issues on the backend. There were many glitches along the way, that always worked themselves out - however it was an inconvenience and there was more hours put in because of it. The support we received was incredible as far as any questions we had. It is a VERY robust platform, and there was no onboarding or training. There are some guides and videos, but they didn't always provide the context or answers we were looking for. We will use again, because our attendees loved it, however we will make sure to build out extra time for building and training.

We used Eventify for a conference of around 600 attendees, and overall the experience was very positive. The standout aspect for us was the support team. They were consistently responsive, with quick turnaround times whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
From an admin perspective, the platform is quite user-friendly. While it does require some initial time to click through different sections and understand how everything is structured, once you get familiar with it, managing the event becomes straightforward and efficient.
On the attendee side, the app was easy to use and intuitive, which helped ensure smooth adoption across our audience.
Overall, Eventify proved to be a solid and dependable solution for managing a large-scale conference. With a bit of upfront learning, it becomes a powerful and easy-to-use tool.

The clear left-hand menu layout makes navigation effortless, and the initial setup couldn’t have been easier — a testament to Eventify’s outstanding user-friendliness. Our attendees also shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, confirming how much value Eventify brings. If I could rate it an eleven, I would — but it’s definitely a ten!

This was our first time using an event app and online ticketing. We were very pleased with the price point for our needs and the interface gave us so many options. It took a little to learn all the ins and outs, but the support team was helpful as were video tutorials. We loved how to the app for our event worked seamlessly and our attendees were impressed with all the options we were able to offer them throughout our conference weekend. We will absolutely use this again in the future!

I chose Eventify to roll out our upcoming event due to the amount of features it boasts on their website. I signed up for the free trial but chose to pay for the annual plan two days into the demo because I needed to unlock all of the premium features to test out.

My company hosts events every two months so I opted for the annual plan in hopes we could use this for all of our upcoming events. At first, the platform was pretty self explanatory but had a few quirks and settings that were a little unnecessary and made the admin platform a little clunky. A few weeks into setting everything up, I invited all of our vendors to join the platform and create their accounts.

Upon creating their accounts, half of my vendors were booted from their accounts with an error message stating “your login has been disabled, please contact the event organizer”.
I contacted support on April 4th and was forwarded to a senior support agent. On April 16th, the senior agent states “From our end, we did not find any error and we can even see that the vendors were able to login in about 5-15 mins after they signed up”. The senior manager requested that I sent logs of all of the people who had difficulty so they could see if there was a “config error” and so I did. I never heard back and the issue persisted.

I became increasingly frustrated with the platforms error and was embarrassed at how difficult of a time some of my vendors had (while others were completely unaffected). I chose to remove my event from their site and requested a refund. Our events see thousands of attendees and we couldn’t risk this issue affecting them and the flow of our event. By this point, I still hadn’t heard from any support agents and chose to file a chargeback with my bank. This delay cost me a lot of money in lost ticket sales, the time my employees had to spend responding to vendors regarding their issues with the platform and my time for having to set up with another platform. I had spent $2400 with Eventify and had to spend another $2400+ with a different event software to ensure I could successfully roll out my event.

Eventify has accused me of using their service and filing a claim because “I got my use out of it” and my event was over. The facts are: my event was on June 7th but I had filed a claim with my bank on April 18th which was well before my event. I never sold any tickets to attendees, I never checked anyone in, and I had complained for weeks of this issue without any resolve. Ultimately, I had access to the platform for all about a month, they’ve since fully terminated my access to the platform but have kept my money for the annual plan I purchased.

They were very unhelpful and accusatory throughout this entire process and refuse to acknowledge that the error came from their end, not mine. My bank denied my claim because Eventify told them “I had not cancelled the free trial in time” despite only having the trial for two days. I’ve since taken other routes in hopes for a better resolution.

My experience with Eventify was great. Their app is very clean and has a great user interface that I really loved. The admin panel is very clear and easy to use for almost anyone. Their customer support was fast and helpful, and their pricing is very competitive. However, I didn't like how they charge you for every sold ticket, even if your event is free. If you have a free event, you'll end up paying about $1 for each attendee. Overall, I liked my experience.

Our university needed an app platform to manage a complex national case competition. The competition had specific requirements for separating judges from student participants while encouraging networking among students. Eventify delivered what we needed on the app.

The platform's strength lies in its granular permission settings. We created different experiences for different attendees. Students connected through social features, galleries, messaging, community boards, and virtual meetings, while judges remained separate.

We imported our registration data from another system. The schedule feature kept everyone on track, with timely notifications for updates. Other features included speaker highlights, venue maps, tiered sponsor showcases, and an event guide.

The application has so many great features! We have special graphics & template that go on the badges, and we were still able to print them right from Eventify. Send the push notifications and emails were a life saver! Anytime we put in a help ticket, the response was always timely.

Eventify is the most affordable solution that we identified, including an option for a whitelabeled app. For our event, which was free for registrants and lasted only one day, this was the best event solution.

There were some minor rough edges, and participants were required to consent to GDPR but it was challenging to know specifically what they're consenting to (especially for organizations based in the USA). Support was quick, although sometimes the responses were inconsistent.

All-in-all, a very affordable solution for our use case.

Eventify Brought Our Conference to the Next Level.

We decided to implement Eventify at our conference just a few weeks in advance. We were able to have this in place for our attendees, exhibitors and speakers. It was a fantastic hit all around. This made a big impact on the interaction between everyone. It optimized how we manage documents used in the event (reduced printing costs), huge benefit to our exhibtors who were able to optimize the leads they got, plus more. In fact, there are aspects we did not have a chance to use this time. Definitely a great investment for our event.
