I've been taking Evelyn supplements for 3+ months as I wanted to be sure that they worked.. and they really do! I've suffered with PMDD for the past 6 years, and these few months on Evelyn have been the easiest I've had for a very long time. I will be continuing my subscription!

SCAMMERS DONT BUY.
I’ve purchased their product in April and I haven’t received the product. I’ve asked for my refund and they refused to give my money back. It’s a shame as their product is so expensive, I spent £50 on their product, I don’t know how I’ll get my money back.

I absolutely love Evelyn! I had their Luteal bars and they tasted so so good. They don’t taste like a typical protein-y type bar whatsoever and was so pleasantly surprised that something that’s so good for you tasted so good (and actually works!) it hugely made me feel better and I think it’s because it actually felt satisfying rather than something I felt like I should eat. Love them!!

I tried the chocolate brownie PMS bar and not only does it taste amazing, i feel so much better!! It’s perfect during exams when you need that mid revision boost

Their products are designed with the modern woman in mind — those juggling 100 things in a day but still wanting to focus on their overall health and, perhaps most importantly, reduce PMDD and PMS symptoms so they feel more 'them' again. And they work! I take their PMS bars with me when I head into London for work, and also after the gym on busier days. I'm particularly enjoying the salted peanut butter bar — yummy AND full of the good stuff!

Firstly the team at Evelyn went above and beyond to ensure that I had the right products for me and my situation (as i take a selection of other medication).

Their in-house medical team advised what could be taken in conjunction with my other meds before getting me started on my Evelyn journey.

Fast forward to now and i've been taking the Evelyn Restore and Rhythm supplements for just under 2 months now and I genuinely cannot believe how much they have changed my life in such a short space of time.

As someone with PMDD I dread day 21 of my cycle because it is always the toughest and I spend 3-4 days in a depressive or anxious episode, but this month it barely touched me. I had a normal day, functioning like anyone else. I also had zero noise sensitivity, no brain fog, I felt sociable and I had energy. I could not believe it!!

If you suffer from bad PMS or PMDD symptoms I cannot recommend this product enough. As someone who has struggled for such a long time to find a treatment that actually works, I am over the moon because I feel like I finally have my life back!!!

Evelyn Health has genuinely improved my PMS symptoms. I feel more balanced, sleep better, and the lemon and poppy seed bar is my absolute favourite.

I’ve been really impressed with these so far. I had a couple of days where my stomach was adjusting, but after that I’ve tolerated them really well. They’re easy to take and slot right into my routine.

It’s still early days, but I’m excited to see how they work for me over time. So far, so good and I’m glad I gave them a try!

I came across Evelyn on social media and was skeptical at first, but my oh my has it changed my life! I suffer from bad PMS after coming off birth control in 2024 and have really struggled to regulate my moods and general symptoms. I have been taking Evelyn's routine for the last 3 months and have experienced a noticeable change! My breasts are much less tender in the lead up to my cycle, I feel a lot more balanced in my emotions. I find I don't fly off the handle at the smallest inconvenience anymore and feel way more in control and like my 'normal' self. I have been taking the powder in the last 10 days of my cycle, but i'm keen to try the bars on my next round as i've heard they are delicious! Evelyn, keep doing what you're doing as it generally is a PMS game changer!!

Absolutely love the Evelyn PMS bars! They are so tasty - my favourite definitely the salted peanut butter flavour! That combined with the health benefits, it’s a no brainer, I would 100% recommend.

Actually works!
I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my mood, energy and sleep since starting Evelyn. I’d say it’s made my cycle feel manageable rather than overwhelming

I’ve been using the PMS bars from Evelyn Health for a few weeks now and they’ve genuinely made a difference. They actually taste good (which I wasn’t expecting) and are easy to fit into my routine, especially on days when PMS symptoms usually hit hardest!

Really enjoyed the peanut PMS bar, going to try the variety pack next!

I opted for the PMS Bars as such a convenient product to have with you when you are on the go. The Salted Peanut Butter Bar is my top choice (closely followed by the Lemon & Poppyseed). The bars are tasty and the flavours are indulgent. On the days that I had a Bar my cravings seem to reduce and my mood improved. An all round winner!! I would definitely recommend these Bars.

My friend recommended these to me and am so glad she did! They’re tasty, all natural and they’ve made me feel so much better. My fave is lemon and poppyseed ❤️
