Desinformation & bad customer support
I purchased an eSIM for Germany to complement my local Vodafone contract with Telekom coverage and close reception gaps. I chose an eSIM plan from euroSIM because their website prominently displays both Vodafone and Telekom logos and mentions no network restrictions in their Terms and Conditions. Expecting Telekom coverage, I opted for this plan despite its much higher price than competitors who clearly state their network limitations.
However, after successful installation, the eSIM only connected to the o2 network. When I contacted customer support to clarify, they explicitly confirmed that my eSIM should work on Vodafone, Telekom, and o2. Following their advice and testing in multiple locations, I still found it impossible to connect to either Telekom or Vodafone; only o2 worked.
When I contacted support again, they finally admitted that Telekom is not included in the plan. I’m therefore leaving one star, as the eSIM was useless for my intended purpose and resulted only in wasted time and money (a refund request was rejected). I’m also extremely disappointed by the misleading information provided on both the website and by customer support. Even the “5-star Trusted Reviews” displayed on their site are fake — there are no reviews for euroSIM on that platform.
