If I could give 0 stars, I would. Look, the products are totally fine, its the website and subscription that I have issues with. I got the 12 month subscription, however, after the 12 months we're up, I was still being charged and receiving boxes. When I logged into my account to cancel it, nothing was showing up, it was like I had never had one. Contacted them to get it cancelled on their end and was told that they had cancelled it and that I wouldn't be charged past a certain date. Tell me why 2 days after that date I was charged again?! Have tried contacting but have not had a response. They steal your money with no way for you to cancel it. Im moving houses and dont even have a way of changing my address so if they won't cancel my subscription that was supposed to have already run out, someone else is going to receive the goods that im unwillingly paying for.

A terrible, terrible service. DO NOT BUY

All stale products! In all 3 of my boxes! I never got this "so-called" holiday box and when I went to cancel they said you can do it by email. Well I did and I received a confirmation number but TODAY THEY JUST CHARGED ME AGAIN!! HAD to call my bank and cancel my card and go through fraud charges. Such a headache NOT WORTH ANY SECOND OF IT.

I recently ordered a bunch of different snack subscription boxes, and Europecrate has definitely been my favorite! I am picky with snacks, but they have the best variety of fun, sweet, and savory snacks in each box. I lived in Europe for a long time too, so I know that they're sending the good stuff! Some boxes just throw in a bunch of cheap items, but not Europecrate.

The support also was super helpful and kind when I was mistakenly sent an incorrect item. I did not care, but I just wanted to let them know and they immediately gave me a partial refund without even asking!

I only signed up for a 3-month subscription to start, but I plan on signing up for a longer plan once the the heat waves near me cool down a bit. Can't wait to be back!
