Despite being notified twice our large shipment of stock was sent to the wrong address - about an hour away from our actual warehouse in Newark.
We were promised collection and redelivery to the correct address the next day - this didn't happen.
We were promised collection and redelivery again today but have just received notification that our shipment is in Heathrow (3 hours away from the warehouse it should be at) and cannot be delivered today.
Europa have taken no account of the impact of their error on my business . We have customers and suppliers waiting and will need to compensate them and have already lost sales. I accept that errors do happen however their inability to put this right after 3 days with still no end in sight and plenty of promises that have not come good really worries me.
Not a service to trust my business with again.

Awful company, their staff don't know what they are talking about and avoid answering questions.
They tried to tell me that businesses in Northern Ireland need to be registered for VAT and pay customs before they can recieve items from mainland UK.
I have never had a worse experience with a transport company!
We have just started using Europa in the last 2 months and the service has been fantastic. Carys and Kelsey have assisted in all our requirements and queries big or small. They have supported us through all the logistic procedures required and I can not speak highly enough of them.
We work with a number of transport companies importing goods from Europe and this one is the most difficult. Recently they imported a shipment from Spain that was clearly marked as made in the EU (with correct preferential statement wording on the commercial invoice) yet still attempted to charge us duty. When I pointed this out they admitted their error and asked me to write a letter which they could present to HMRC in order to claim back the duty they had processed/paid on our behalf (in error). I have written many of these letters (under no obligation, it should be noted) in the past but given the everlasting levels of customer service (0/10) and competency levels (0/10) received from Europa in the past, I decided I wasn't willing to write this one. I believe it's unacceptable to expect a customer to write such letters every time they make an entry mistake; in what other profession does that ever happen?? So what did Europa do?- they refused to make the delivery until I wrote the letter! I found it disgraceful and totally unacceptable (and probably illegal, I'm looking in to that bit) that they were going to hold the delivery of the goods (circa €10k) until I wrote them a letter to cover their own mistakes. Once the situation was escalated they did eventually release the shipment for delivery, probably because they didn't want to hold it any longer, and probably because they knew they didnt have a right to do what they were doing. Now I find myself in a situation whereby they have made it clear that their accounts team will chase payment of the invoice at some point- basically saying they might block our account and deliveries if the invoice remains unpaid.
Update 18.06: a credit note has been provided.
I bought $400 worth of merchandise and after 6 weeks they came back and said it was $1700 for import and delivery fees. Avoid this company at all costs.
Incompetence is a massive understatement. On 4 occasions over the last year they have imported goods for other companies using our company details for the customs declarations, which is technically smuggling. They constantly ask for copies of documents we have already sent them and they do not keep us updated on the status of our shipments.
Europa are not interested in following your "non-stackable" instructions for the handling of your goods and certainly not interested in customer service. Do not give your custom to Europa worldwide unless you are prepared to receive a county court judgement because you would like to resolve the matter with discussion prior to paying the bill. They are not interested in discussing anything. Rude and arrogant - keep clear of Europa Worldwide.
Fantastic company to work for. Very friendly colleagues and positive work environment. Very generous pay and bonus.
Don't use this company, I know it's tempting because they are cheap, but they are cheap for a reason. They won't give you all the details about the collection, they won't give you information about delivery. They didn't turn up on the day, leaving me sitting and waiting with no communication. I've been let down by this company & disappointed in them.
I sincerely advise against this company. If you want peace of mind and no problems, you should stay away from this company...
If you want your data, invoices, and everything possible to be sent to your competitors, they will do it.
If you pay extra for a truck with a tail lift, it will come without one!
If you do not want to use any of their additional services apart from transport, they will provide you with an additional service and send you an invoice and then say that this is their standard, but no one has explained this to you.
So whatever you may think is wrong, this company will provide it.
Every time you receive an email someone else asks you what is going on because the person you emailed earlier to explain is no longer working there...
The manufacturer who used to send goods to the UK started to ask their customers if they were satisfied with the service company and...guess what? As far as I know, they are changing their transport company.
Would never recommend this company to anyone. Please avoid for sake of sanity and costs.

The company I work for decided to try Europa out as a haulier from the UK to the EU after Brexit as our usual haulier was quite expensive and while Europa weren't much cheaper everything seemed much more streamlined. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
The pallet we shipped ended up sitting in a warehouse in Dartford for over a month with little to no communications about this - we had to chase them at every point to see what was happening and whether the pallet was lost. It wasn't lost, was just sitting in a warehouse not shipped to our direct customer who needed it ASAP (which we had explained).
We have now had a credit for the customs amount but had to arrange a courier to collect the pallet from Dartford and arrange our usual haulier to get the pallet to our customer ASAP.
I have refused to pay anything else for this shipment until today as funnily enough their communication is excellent when it comes to them collecting their money but at this point the back and forth isn't worth it so have decided to pay the rest of the amount, despite a loss on our part.
I regret ever dealing with them - would highly recommend avoiding.
Rubish to deal with. They will quote you a price but charge you what they like. Booked a 20foot and they shipped it in a 40 foot and charged me extra for shopping fresh air. Never fave us option to fill it (which we could have done)
They will take instructions from people not even connected to your business and expect you to pay.

After 3 months of dealing with Europa about a business import from Spain, i am left to draw the conclusion that this company are some form of fancy scam artist.
I paid up front Hundreds of pounds for the shipping service from Spain to the UK for a pallet of goods, a little pricey but i thought fair enough as long as they get here on time its acceptable.
First issue, which i forgave as mistakes happen, they delivered my shipment to a random person 2.5 hours from my workshop and then argued about it! After embarrasingly realising their error, they did make good efforts to recover and finally 3 weeks later i had my goods a bit worse for the many drops.
The real issues came from here onwards, I got hit by a stealth invoice for £49 for "customs clearance admin charges" (never explained when first paying for a door to door service). After asking them to kindly refund it after all my hassle of wrong delivery etc, they rudely replied no!! So whatever i didnt need the hassle, i paid it and moved on.
Now 3 weeks later they raise ANOTHER invoice for £49 for the same thing, apparently according to them its a double charge for customs per shipment?! Madness, at this point i cant give them anymore money, its some kind of a scam.
Almost impossible to get hold of anyone at Europa, my account manager "jeni honeyman" ignores all my emails and calls.
I have no idea where its going to go but im considering reporting to trading standards at this time.
I desperately ask you to learn from my pain and never use this company, they deserve to go bankrupt for beyond poor service.
I really don't like to complain but this company is shocking , the worst delivery company i've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Constant delays with delivery date and they still have no idea what's going on.
Our shipment from Germany has been cleared by customs (which took long time) and few days later is still locked at their warehouse regarding promised delivery by now.
If you expect to receive your goods on time do NOT work with this company.

I have been a longstanding customer of Europa and have worked closely with them for 10 years and i cannot fault their processes or the customer care I receive.
The approach to Brexit was phenomenal and their EUROPA FLOW product has allowed me to grow within the European market. It has simplified the process dramatically and it means I don't have to worry about my customers goods not being delivered on time.

Unbelievably awful.
We imported a large circus rig. We are a circus arts business but were not expecting to be dealing with the bunch of clowns that run Europa.
Seriously Europa how can you provide such dreadful customer service.
Your staff were extremely rude and abrupt. Some of their emails were laughable.
Why don't you give your customers a clear outline of the process like other freight forwarding companies do ?
Something like
1. Your items have arrived
2. How would you like to pay ?(The paperwork on this was baffling )and why you try to automatically assign everyone with a credit account is a mystery , we had to ask if we could pay immediately (apparently known as a COD account)
3. Why don't you promptly inform customers of the amount to pay ?
4.could you inform customers mmediately when you have received their payments, and also inform them when the item is released ?
Wouldn't it be good if you Inform customers when the items leave the warehouse ?
Europa you prefer not to do any of this, but leave the customers to try and navigate their way through a baffling system with out customer support, unhelpfully not answering phone calls.
We can't believe one particular member of your staff actually lied to us saying that our item had not been cleared for release, when we could see that she had been copied into an email informing her that our item had been released.
Please Europa read your reviews and do something about them.
Employ some staff with some basic customer service skills.
Outline the process for customers on your website.
It was a very unpleasant experience dealing with your company.

Absolutely dreadful. All their staff are incompetent, lazy rude and worst of all liars.
We have paid immediately every single fee they have requested including import duty, tax, admin fee, random extra bills, that they have requested and still have not received our £3,500 worth of equipment. It arrived from Spain several days ago and now appears to be "lost" in their warehouse. We will be contacting the police.
