We are long-term customers of this company and have hired hundreds of site toilets over the years. Recently, a toilet was hired but not cleaned for 3 weeks in the heat. We therefore asked for it to then be urgently collected and we were still asked to pay for a toilet that could not be used due to not having been cleaned. A partial refund was given for the cleaning but we were still asked to pay for the toilet. A disgrace really, after so many years of custom. Sadly, we will have to find another supplier which is both disappointing and very inconvenient.

Really poor customer service. Had an issue that required some fairly simple resolution. The lady I spoke to was no help at all and said I needed to speak with another department but was unwilling or unable to point me in the right direction. We do lots of commercial contract jobs and this is the first time using Euroloos. It will likely be the last.

Not a good experience with Euroloo! The toilet was extremely basic, battered & well used, loo roll cheap & nasty, no trap inside toilet (so the smells etc were exposed!) Rarely turned up on the same day to empty (we were left for 2 and 3 weeks without emptying on a couple of occasions! ) When we asked for a credit for these missed weeks we only received 50% as per their T&C's! The 'complimentary' cleaning was a joke, a quick spray round with the hose, refill of 'cheap' toilet roll, blue toilet wash & hand gel.
The stench pipe became detached & the rain poured in. There were empty toilet rolls pushed behind the toilet seat back area from a previous customer!
The 1 Star is for the drivers who were always polite when they did attend.
On top of all that & the final straw, they announced a price increase!
You have been warned! - avoid at all costs!

So after giving Euroloo the contact details they requested a month ago for investigation......we have heard nothing.. I rest my case! AVOID!

When we requested the welfare unit to be serviced I specifically stated we need to be given a minimum of 30 minutes notice before arrival. The office apparently told the driver this, however the driver rang me when he got there and said he couldn’t carry out the service as the unit was locked. Gave me 15 minutes to get there otherwise he was leaving. Driver came across very off hand, and said it was my problem if I couldn’t get there in time. The service was booked a week in advance of this with no date or time slot. Do they expect me to hang around all day every day waiting for them? Given the cost of these to hire I’d expect a better service

Excellent speedy service - Would recommend.

Drain issues on site forced closure of the amenities. Euroloo's were extremely helpful and professional at all stages.

A portaloo was on our grounds withing 3 hours, exceptional service and easy to deal with.

Definitely recommended, and will use again if needed.

We've waited more than 2 weeks for these to be picked up. Dates keep being put back. Hopeless.
