I called on Thursday for a loo to be delivered on Monday. The person l spoke to was helpful and explained everything clearly. The loo was delivered on Monday. The driver was helpful and polite.

Delivery of toilets
Good toilets. Really helpful customer service staff and and delivery driver. Delivery between 7.00am to 4.00pm which is too long - make it am or pm. When I rang to ask when to expect the delivery I was told that the representative would phone back after talking to the driver. This did not happen. I phoned again three hours later to be told that the driver would be there is 15 minutes which he was.

Failure to complete regular weekly service
We requrested a weekly cleaned single toilet on a site. over the 3 months we had the toilet services were missed on more than one occasion , the longest being 14 days between cleans always put down to "logistical issues".
This toilet was sat outside our clients property in the hottest May/June and hadn't been serviced - I leave it to your imagination the smell.
We have since cancelled the installation which should have continued another 6 to 9 months and moved to an alternate supplier. Feel very let down

Several complaints of the years we’ve…
Several complaints over the years we’ve used them with regards to cleaning the portaloo’s.
This last time was the final straw! We were promised priority cleaning the day following my complaint for failed weekly cleaning, they never turned up and we were getting complaints about the smell by our workforce, clients and the clients neighbours.
We immediately off hired and will not be using them again.
I’ve emailed customer services and several Euroloo team members to complain and have not had a reply back from anyone.
I would NOT recommend using them
to anyone who is considering to use Euroloo

Avoid total shower of sh!t
Total shower of sh!t we've had a look on site for 5 weeks and they haven't come to empty it once.
Every time we phone we get told it elevated to emergency but still nobody shows up.
Next step is a complaint directly to the directors.
But I doubt they care either.
Avoid unless you like the smell of sh!t.

The people I talked to on the phone, could not be more helpful, however if wasn't made clear at the time of booking that pick was not ON the selected day, but FROM that day.
