Subject: Complaint About Staff Behavior at EuroGiant – 17 North Earl St, Dublin

Hello,

I’m writing to report a very unpleasant experience I had at your EuroGiant store located at 17 North Earl St, North City, Dublin 1, D01 K798, on Sunday, May 18th, around 4:40 PM.

The cashier working at that time was extremely rude — it honestly felt like he was about to throw my money on the floor. I have never experienced such a blatant lack of respect and basic courtesy from a store employee.

It seemed as though he had personal problems and decided to take them out on a random customer. The work environment inside the store felt tense and unwelcoming. Since there appears to be no supervisor or manager overseeing staff behavior, some employees act like they own the place — and take advantage of that to mistreat people.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I hope appropriate measures are taken to ensure that customers are treated with dignity and professionalism going forward.
