The young man at the till delivered excellent customer service from start to finish. He was polite, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the range of products available. He took the time to explain the differences between materials and offered helpful advice tailored to my needs. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

27/05/2025 @10am. Went online and ordered the items I required of what was in stock. Then drove to my local store to collect those items to be badly greeted by the chap at the counter. Didn’t say hello to me, I explained I was here to collect an online order, he then huffs and tells me the system is sh*t and it doesn’t work with online store. I told him the name on the order and what I ordered, eventually he finds it and then asks why I ordered a certain item as it’s not in stock, I replied saying I just went off the online stock quantities for your store. I said change we change it for one you do have in stock, he then tells me no because you ordered it online, someone else then comes to the counter and says actually yes we can change it no problem. He was extremely impolite, unhelpful and felt like he wanted me to just leave. It was some of the worse customer service I’ve experienced in a while and I will never be using this company again for that reason.

I think Eurocell is very good because they stock a very extensive range of PVC and roofing products, one stop shop, and some of the products are on display which helps a lot with selection. Staff, especially David Bushell, are always super helpful and efficient.

I recently purchased facias, soffit boards and guttering from the Redditch branch. The products were competitively priced, of a high standard and delivered with care on the agreed date.
The level of service was outstanding. The counter staff were very knowledgeable and willing to spend time explaining how to go about the project. I would highly recommend Eurostar Redditch.

Ordered online and picked up next day. Staff were helpful and quickly brought round the guttering and fascia that I'd ordered to their collection point by the car park

The products are great, but the guy who delivered (Gabriel ? ) was a really nice guy, he waited for me to get there and took the time to answer some questions I had on other products that they sell.
He is a credit to the depot with great customer service and time to help

Easy to order on line, but if I had ordered from the shop delivery would have been quicker. No whete on line gave me a delivery date, not until I had paid was there an estimate delivery date. Then on the day of delivery I was not informed so there was no one in. The only way I knew a delivery had been tried was my gate left open, so I checked the security camera and the delivery man was at my door. I had to phone the shop and sort it out. Delivery was sent out later that day.
I will still use eurocell, this is the first glitch I have encountered from them.
