Well, I placed an order on the 24 August, got a reply from the Hereford branch informing me they had to order as the item was out of stock.

I didn't hear for nearly 3 weeks so again had to send an enquiry, then only to told that the website shouldn't have accepted my order as it was under £500. What an appalling service and I am now going to Trading Standards under the Sale of Goods Act. I even paid for delivery

My reason for such a low value is to replace one of the ridges on my conservatory roof.

Hereford branch so cannot process my refund.

At no time during the transaction or payment was there a minimum order value or rejection nor when i was contacted to advise the item was out of stock. It just charged me for delivery as I had no option.

The ordering was easy, the follow-up from the local depot perfect. Where is all breaks down is at the point of returning goods.

I get it that the order was placed online but the returns process is just not customer focused.

You can take the goods back to the supplying depot only to find they are prevented from helping you and are obliged to leave it to you to sort out any retund with via email.

I've got a pitance to come back, after a false start, where I was given the wrong customer service number and contact details, nearly three weeks after returning two pieces, I'm yet to receive a refund worth less than £20.

I recently purchased Windows and doors from Eurocell Hereford.
I would like to thank the Sales Manager Kevin Bowen, the management staff at Hereford and Jack counter sales for being so helpful and obliging.
Due to a clerical error and ĺack of experience on my part a mistake was made.
The team at Hereford put everything right and I have now received my windows and doors.

We have just had a Eurocell garden room installed and everything about the experience was 5 star. You can see from my previous reviews that I always point out the good and the bad but I honestly can't find fault anywhere in the process.

Starting with the sale, the appointment was lightning fast and Robin came out to visit us with samples and some very good ideas. Lovely chap, great nature and very complimentary. Knows his product, no hard sell and came up with a fantastic offer right off the bat. No need for us to take a few days to deliberate because the product and the price were right on point. Thanks Robin!

The after sales/logistics process was smooth, kept us well informed throughout and there were no delays to the delivery dates either.

The installation was perfect too. Eurocell were using a third party company , EWB, and Jez was the lead on this job. Announced himself via text ahead of arrival, came to the door in a clean uniform and stood back at a respectful distance. Incredibly well mannered and cheerful, excellent start! All of the guys on the job were equally well mannered and respectful of our property and very inclusive as the build progressed. Left the new garden room and the work area nicely cleaned at the end of the job too. I had noticed a couple of chips in the anthracite UPVC panels during the build but even these had been touched in by the end.

I'd say "well played by all"........and I don't get the opportunity to say that much these days so thanks again Robin, Kerrie, Jez and all associates.

Ordered 2 aqua panels, they were delivered from the Hereford branch,the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly, first class,

All staff especially Terri and Jack are very helpful and courteous. They certainly have very good trade knowledge and are always willing to give advice. I will not go anywhere else for my plastics and fittings !

I have recently purchased some products from Eurocell Hereford and have been extremely impressed with the customer service I received. I don’t usually leave reviews but feel compelled to do so on this occasion.
The team at Hereford have been cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been given sound advice and they have also been extremely accommodating in sourcing items that were out of stock at Hereford branch.
Clearly,the team at Hereford are getting this right and are to be congratulated, a big thumbs up!

Ordered Sunday evening, contacted the next day to say it would be delivered the next day, which it was.
Only small gripe was on paying it kept saying enter discount code, but I could not find one to work, would of been nice to of got a small discount.

Good customer service delivered on time as promised delivery driver very helpful.

Went to Eurocell Hereford to buy some skirting boards couldn't buy them straight away but the guys were very helpful and made sure we got them on next delivery. Not only that they went out of their way to make sure we had all components even going over the depot in Tewkesbury.All in all very good service the assistants were brilliant
