Poor lad, went into the Gloucester store, lots of people in there and a single lad behind the counter, he was rush off his feet and looked stressed. But when he eventually got to us he was very professional, polite and knew his stuff. I would say he is a credit to EUROCELL

Paul went above and beyond to arrange a broken window during transit, to get it remade and delivered within 1 week, whilst our window fitters were on site. Very professional and excellent customer service. Good quality windows and doors. Would definitely recommend Eurocell Gloucester!

The collection ordering process was fine. Checked stock and processed swiftly. Only 4 stars because of the amount of paperwork generated! I had an email copy of my order plus 2 A4 paper copies on collection, and the branch had 3 paper copies!! Why so many in this day and age ???

Gloucester branches' customer service is always top notch. Paul, Matt and the team are always so helpful and accommodating. Our prices are very competitive and if we can't make it to Gloucester and the team are further afield - it is always handy to know they can pop in to whatever local branch they can and achieve the same prices.
