No communication whatsoever regarding a on hour click and collect order from the Crawley branch. Money has been accepted. I asked by email for a status update regarding stock availability….. nothing not even a note to say they are looking into it. First and last time I’ll use these people…..

Sorry for late review but wanted to say what a fantastic service we received from Charlie at Crawley branch back in September. Couldn’t have been more helpful tracking down supply of Coastline cladding at short notice and arranging delivery so that job didn’t get delayed. Thank you so much. It all looks amazing!!

Should have picked a competent supplier
The good: now that they are installed, four of my six windows have no problems.
The bad: two of my windows have manufacturing faults preventing them from working, which have got worse since installation - my son's widow won't close and has a 1 inch gap at the bottom, meaning his room is so cold he can't use it.
Three months after complaining and sending photos, I've got nowhere. Emails are ignored, while during phone calls they say they'll do something, but then do nothing.
Also FWIW make sure you really triple check the details of the frames you're ordering - I found they mis-entered several dimensions, and got the frame colour and/or frosting details wrong for several of mine.
The builder who originally recommended them to me (based on price) has now stopped using them as several other customers also had problems.
As I can't reply to their reply below: I did email that address before the review, as well as Mark at Crawley who has been "dealing" with my concerns. No proactive response from Mark though at least a day later he started answering the phone - he couldn't see how he was doing anything wrong and I'd be amazed if anything changed via him. After a day I also got a "we'll get someone to look at it" acknowledgement from the complaints email you suggested, but a day after that there has been no contact. Writing a 1 star review has indeed been the only way to get anything out of you. So forgive me for not holding my breath...

I found they were the best value for money online, it was a bonus that they were local to me. I ordered the boards on a Sunday and Monday morning they called to say they were in production so they couldn’t deliver until the following Tuesday which was fine by me I really appreciated the phone call and then as promised they arrived on the Tuesday the driver was great he helped me put them in my back garden, I would have had to do them singularly as they’re 5 meters long. I really appreciated that and it didn’t seem to be a problem at all I would definitely buy from them again and recommend the great service I received

Recently purchased a Kyube garden room…
Recently purchased a Kyube garden room through Eurocell (we live in Crawley). The communication was appalling and the installation team were only given 2 days to install when it quite clearly needed at least 3 (we were told it would take 3-4 days). It meant the team left the job half done and had to return the following week. The team were still not given enough time and looked extremely stressed through the whole job. They had to leave in the evening for another job and left the garden in a complete state where there was not enough time to tidy up. The entire experience was so disappointing that I would not recommend them. For the money that it costs, I would highly recommend finding a different supplier. Eurocell you could have done so much better and and I would never order something through you again.

Appalling Customer Service, Crawley Branch
UPDATE to my original review below: Eurocell were quick to respond which culminated in a phone call with Tim, the Crawley branch manager, who has resolved my complaint efficiently and effectively! Thank you!
My review is for the Crawley branch of eurocell where I have recently received appalling customer service. Firstly, when my builder went to collect my order, which I was told was ready for collection, the ‘gentleman’ who was asked to bring the order through could be heard to swear and moan about having to bring the order through! Perhaps he was just having a bad day? Secondly, because I rang my order through, rather than ordering online, the branch have added a 20% material surcharge to my order without informing me! When I rang back to question this the man on the phone said he didn’t know why they added 20% to phone orders and there was nothing he could do. He said ‘we never used to do this, but now we do at this branch’. I would suggest that the first thing he could do would be to inform his customers that they do this so they can then order online! I am waiting for a response to my email from Head Office but, in the meantime, my company will not be using the Crawley branch again.
