Good range of products at very competitive price.

I purchased Coastline cladding for my house.

The service was good, with staff doing their best to assist.

The product itself was highly variable in quality. The 5m lengths were not straight, with a 35mm curve along the length. These were replaced.

The next batch varied in width by 5mm, making butt joints unsightly. The batch was mixed in texture which looked very unsightly.

It seems to me that the manufacturing process is not properly controlled. I would suggest if you order goods from Europlas, insist on no mixing of batches and check before cutting, mistakes here can be expensive.

Delivery made within 25 minutes of oder placed. Great service thank you.

I placed my order on bank holiday monday afternoon, and Tuesday morning it was at my front door, now that was excellent service and the driver was a nice fella.

Awful, been waiting and waiting for our fascias and have builders on site to take delivery on the days they say they'll deliver and they keep letting us down. Still no products

Ordered a composite door in person, in branch. This was a lengthy discussion to ensure our needs were met. The door not only arrived damaged, but was not as ordered. In addition, standard handles were included rather than the dumpy handles requested.
After numerous calls to the branch the damaged door was finally collected a week later. Incidentally, I had to help physically carry the door to their truck just to be shot of it.
After more calls to the branch and being fobbed off with a salesman (who we were led to believe was an area manager) the door was eventually reordered.
The replacement door arrived with standard handles and upon querying with the salesman, we were told that the handles originally ordered aren't man enough for the door (first we heard of it). However, said salesman said he would contact their supplier and try to obtain the handles we wanted. (Bit weird if they aren't man enough!) Waited a week and after no response, emailed head office for a second time to complain and unsurprisingly, no response from anyone two weeks later.
Original order placed 26 June and the undamaged door finally arrived Mid October. We have since bought additional handles just to get the door in situ and from complete exasperation at trying to get any sense out of Eurocell. Seriously wish we had heeded the reviews we had read prior to purchase. Definitely a face palm moment!
Complete lack of customer service once they have your money. Buyer beware.

Quite honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
The online order wouldn’t work so ended up calling the customer service team, was put through to our local bridgwater branch and was promptly told that they wouldn’t be able to match the online prices regardless- not a problem but slightly annoying, the agent said he would do his best and to send him a list of what I needed. Sent the email over at 9am and by 11.30 had still heard nothing, called to chase again and waited a further hour- NOTHING. I finally managed to place the order online where I received a prompt email from Dan saying that it had now come through as an order and delivery would be Friday. We called the depot as online it promised everything was in stock and the said the best they could do was Monday so again another wait. They quite literally do not give a flying f*** about customer service and want to make life as hard as possible. It seems ridiculous they cannot price match and to offer 48 hour delivery online when it isn’t available is mental
