Absolutely love this brand! Have worn many different brands over the years and Euphoria One are by far the best! The hair is fantastic quality, lasts for at least a year (even the blondes). The hair stays silky and soft, my clients absolute love the hair. There would be an uproar if I ever changed brand now! <3 x

I ordered a two-piece set of clip ins to help with thinning hair and received the items within two weeks. To say I'm disappointed with the quality is an understatement. They look and feel like synthetic hair and there is are bald areas at the top of both clips.
I had to open the pack to see the pieces and when I complained to Euphoria they emailed to say that the items couldn't be returned because the pack had been opened....despite me advising that there were bald patches - how can you check the items (that arrived in a paper bag!) without opening the pack!
I've since used the hair pieces once but the clips are fiddly, got stuck in my hair and were really difficult to clip in and to remove.
All in all a disappointing purchase and not value for money, poor quality item. I'm sure there are better quality items out there for less money.

Ordered on Monday ( was a bank holiday) for next day delivery so would have expected them by wed at the latest when I had my fitting appointment. Still hadn't arrived by Wednesday. Contacted customer service to be told basically not their problem. They sent the order by the correct postage. Not even an offer of postage refund. They still haven't arrived ! Wont ever use again.

AVOID. Sent hair total wrong colour. Saying I have to buy new swatches every 12months otherwise I will get a different shade! Had to pay to return & wait for credit. Had to pay more postage to get correct!!! This has happened twice in 6 orders despite updating swatches!

Euphoria are an amazing company for premium quality hair. You pay for literally what you get. I got the Russian nano extensions there are expensive but I can not complain on the price at all as the hair is absolutely beautiful and non tangle non knotty, very soft beautiful colours, the hair is top quality and I always get compliments of my hair when using the Russian nanos, they last me years if I’m not stupid and cut them about like last year due to why I’m buying more this year as I want my hair long again. I actually fit my own nanos in. Also how lovely the staff are and amazing services they give you. I will always and forever use euphoria! 💞 thank you

On the last two occasions I’ve ordered, I paid for next-day delivery, but the items didn’t arrive on time. No tracking link was provided, no update to say there was an issue—nothing. When I reached out, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Instead, they simply blamed the courier and took no responsibility.

Most reputable companies would at least apologise and offer a refund or goodwill gesture. Not Euphoria One—they make it clear it’s not their problem. It’s disappointing, especially considering I also use Remi Cachet, who use the same courier (DPD), and I’ve never had any issues with them.

Love euphoria one hair. I have however started using another supplier simply because I they do not have clearpay. I wish this was something that would start. I mailed a year ago and they said it was something they were considering but it hasn't happened, sadly. If they introduced it I would be back with them in a second!

I'm so happy I've found this place. I purchased the wrong colour extensions and the customer service was prompt, extremely friendly and helpful. They offered me different options to get the correct colour and the new colour arrived and matched perfectly. I always wait a week or two to see how the hair is after a few washes as that's when you can see what the quality is really like and I have to say I'm amazed how good the quality is for the price I paid. No tangles, no shedding and still feels great! I know this hair will last me until I need reinstalling and look good. I got the nail tip Indian 5a hair for reference. Well done euphoria one you have a new customer in me 🙂

I initially ordered tape in extensions in dark ash blonde to ice white but when they arrived my hair extension specialist was reluctant to colour match due to my already highly bleached/damaged hair. So I emailed customer service and they were more than happy for me to send back and exchange. I ordered the new shade of dark chocolate brown to dark ash/light blonde (to match my roots). They were shipped immediately and the quality are so much better than some of the much more expensive brands I’ve used before. I’m so happy with the result! Will be ordering from here from now on.

So I have used Russian and REMI cachet. Been getting extensions for about 9 years. Truthfully Euphoria hair has been the best 10000%. I have had my current hair for 16months and it is still is amazing condition. Changing hair colour now so need to get new hair but I will defo be using this brand again. 10/10 hands down 🙌🏼👏🏻

Amazing customer service!

Helped with my colour match as I was stuck between two shades of auburn.
Hair seems to be really good ( not yet put it in) but feels really good.
