Avoid scam

I bought unlimited hosing package coupon from eBay deal £1 they provide very poor Custome service no. no contact number . Be aware before purchase cheap.

Our customer service ticket with Eternal Hosting is real: 634391. If they get this review, please quit lying to us and expedite our refund!!!!!

This company lies to us when we asked for a “pro-rated” refund (refund requested for extreme buffering!)…they are telling us that PayPal has not yet paid them (from JULY timeframe!!!!!!) and just as soon as they get their funds from PayPal, they will reimburse us. SO NOT TRUE!!!!
(1) I called PayPal and they pay vendors within a max of 21 days. So, Eternal Hosting has been paid!!!!
(2) Even if Eternal and PayPal have a problem, this is NO REASON to hold the customer hostage and refuse to process the refund (for extreme buffering!)
(3) This is an extreme lack of integrity by Eternal Hosting as they try to hold us, the customer, hostage to a 3rd party (PayPal) and to their lie! No matter why the customer wants a pro-rated refund, it should be granted and expedited. Period.
Eternal Hosting severely lacks integrity as their customer service KEEPS lying to us after we were "PROMISED" to receive our refund as of 9/19/21, and this within 48 hours processing! Today is October 7 and we are still being told the same lie...that PayPal had not paid them.
DUH! WHY DO WE HAVE SERVICE IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PAID? We paid our Visa and this was on our July statement. We want our refund as promised!!!!

Seems to be a scam.

We have had an amazing customer service experience with Eternal Hosting! We accidentally purchased the wrong server and they helped us 100% all the way in resolving our issue. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. I can not recommend them enough.

Eternal provides an amazing service. They actually care about customer satisfaction and voice of customer. I am really happy I did my research and went with Eternal. Best in business.

Instant setup, fast support, great pricing on game servers and VPS. Plenty of data centers.

I'd give less stars if possible. I purchased a server from them and several days later followed up with them asking why it was still pending (the invoice was instant mind you) to find out they have a seperate part of the website for particular products and to purchase there.
Ofcourse radio silence when i asked what would happen to that money. Amd then they closed the ticket, i had to give up $15 and go through the effort of canceling the repayments with my bank.

This company will still charge you for any servers you rent from them even if they A) haven't even been set up yet in over a month, and B) even if the company itself is clearly not online and hasn't been for several weeks or even over a month.

Currently, I have an Ark server, a Conan server, and a Minecraft server. All three of which I cannot even cancel and continue to get charged for because nobody at this stupid, unreliable, horrible company has responded to any of my requests to cancel these servers. They are like a ghost town at the moment, and yet they continue to automatically charge my debit card every single month for services they haven't provided in almost 2 months.

Simply put, they are a scam! I tried being perfectly civil and respectful with my requests, but I have been being flat-out ignored for almost 2 months now and I'm sick of them stealing almost $30 a month from me while providing absolutely nothing in return.

If this isn't enough to convince you to avoid this company at all costs, then fine-- go ahead and give them a shot. It's your money to light on fire.

Run like hell from this hosting. Paid for the 1st month, the website was down after the server was provided and out for two weeks. No customer whatsoever. After two weeks when asking about a refund on website I've received information that it's only applicable for 24 hours after buying and "the issue is resolved". Raised as a dispute to PayPal.

EDIT: even PayPal didnt receive any reply from the provider. Dispute resolved with a refund.

Great Support Team! Tried some other hosting sites but I like this one the best. They have a good community and apparently they are gamers themselves.

I'm Happy! Everything was easy to learn and the support is pretty helpful. And the prices are the cheapest I could find.
