A fabulous small NZ business who creates quality products. Lesh is honest and open about any hiccups with shipping. Life happens and it has made one of my orders delayed. I preordered the beautiful peony handbag and wallet set, although this pre order took a long time to arrive, longer than expected as soon as they had news of arrival time they communicated this through Facebook and the website, I understand delays as I work in the freight industry and know things happen beyond a small business’ control. While this has been my only purchase through the business itself I have brought many second hand items and also love the clothing. The handbag has been my best handbag ever! Fits all my kids crap I have to carry around and whatever hubby decides he wants me to carry and it’s is absolutely stunnng! Love this brand and trust worthy small NZ business.

I’ve been buying clothing from ETC clothing for around 8 years and I still have my original pieces.
It’s always been worth the wait for items I’ve preordered. Information about preorders is very clear on the website including what ship the preorders are on.
My current favourite item is a vintage floral bomber.

I see alot of comments regarding pre orders and sadly that's the nature of the beast sometimes and cant be helped. I am currently waiting for a pre order from another NZ label and the lack of updates is annoying. From what I have seen ETC has been very transparent and honest with delays and keeping everyone informed.
If your wanting high quality products then ETC is for you

Brought item in Feb. preorder that was originally due in Jan. arrival date kept getting pushed out. Item still hasn’t arrived. Asked for a refund. etc refuses refund. Offered me another item on their website of equal value or will invoice me price difference if higher the original purchase price. Incredibly frustrating that they hve this attitude towards paying customers. Don’t know how they are getting away with this attitude. Definitely taking my complaint further. Such a shame to I’ve been a long time customer but last while quality has dropped and customer service is nonexistent.
