I've taken them to Fair Trading.
Everyone reading this, go to Fair Trading, long story short I got a refund! (minus the $25 it cost me to return items to China) & items were returned to me.
They still get 1 one star. Dodgy bunch

Please don’t waste your money! Shipping time is 15-20 days but comes much later. (They aren’t Australian based)
Customer service is automated responses, and everything from here is terrible quality and isn’t what’s pictured. You may as well shop on Shein. This website is close to a scam!

DO NOT BUY - SCAM.
This company is not in Australia as it says it is, they are in China. I purchased a few dresses which arrived 2 months late and have done a return as they do not fit and the quality is terrible and am still awaiting a refund which I know I won't get. The only way you can contact them is via email which they respond with a generic response and never answer your questions.

Ordered and paid on 24th January 2025, 7 weeks ago, and still no information on despatch or if my order has been sent. Do not waste your money.

Absolute waste of money. Dont bother. It took 2 months for my shoes to arrive. When they arrived they are actually plastic not leather. Very badly made. They come from China. I am FUMING!!!!!!!

I placed my order on 14 Jan, the online tracking information was changed to "on its way" on 15 Jan, it is now 18th Feb and my items have not arrived, nor is their "Customer Service" able to give me an ETA. Thier emails seem auto generated and do not offer anything other than "Sincere Apologies".

They have now twice ignored my request for a refund.

Save yourself the hassle and frustration of being robbed...DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I believe that this is a scam. I purchased shoes on the 7th February and there has been no updates on it at all. Wish I had read the reviews here first. I do not think they will arrive. Do not buy from them

Simple do not buy from this company.

If I could give NO STARS, I would. I ordered 3 products from their site on the 8th December 2024 and received on 30th January 2025. Every response I received by them were auto-generated and no confirmed delivery or order plans. After various emails and complaints escalated to ACCC and bank, Esvedra Collection sent the incorrect shoe sizes and the top/shorts set were not as advertised (different cut and colour). I was advised to pay $20AUD for return which I declined given the error was made on their end. I have requested a return and refund to which they were agreeable and on follow up, they are currently withholding the process while they "investigate." Please do not entertain this nightmare of a situation.

My order had been sitting in their warehouse for 22 days and hasn’t been shipped. I just get auto generated responses that don’t acknowledge anything in the previous email. They tried to claim it was delays with the shipping company but when I contacted them they said they hadn’t received the parcel and I needed to go back to the seller.

I wish I had looked up these reviews earlier- bought a dress early Dec 2024, only arrived today. In addition to not getting here on time for the event, the dress was a different colour to what I ordered and the material is terrible to say the least. I have sent an enquiry via the online form requesting for a refund but judging by other reviews on here that might not happen either. Beyond disappointing.

Ordered 3 dresses on 24th November 2024 & I'm still waiting for them to show up! Contacted Customer Service 4 times and get the same AI generated response! Just another Chinese sweatshop pretending to be Australian! FFS!

Complete scam! Sent me disgusting faulty items, I asked for a refund, they gave me an address in China, that does not exist, to return my items and 3 months later, the package was returned with a note 'unclaimed package'. I have lost $200 from this shameful company who refuses to return my money. There isn't even a human who responds to emails, its a stup*d bot that just repeats everything it says.

Total and complete scam!!!! They finally agreed to issue a refund for the faulty items and I am still waiting for my refund after posting out my items 3 months ago!! There is no customer service, your emails will only be responded to by bots. This sh*t hole Needs to be shut down immediately!!

Total scam. No customer service. Your emails are answered by bots who keep repeating the same useless and irrelevant comments . I haven’t received my order from 3 weeks ago and I can’t cancel my order because they lie saying “it’s in transit”. This company should be reported to the ACCC for misleading and deceptive conduct.

Is Esvedra a complete scam? I have not received my product which is apparently "in transit"? Has anyone received a product that they purchased? Or been able to obtain a refund?

Avoid this company by all means like you avoiding Tsunami.
Very useless quality, it’s either too small or too big, poor customer service, highly stressful return protocol. I am still yet to receive all the products. I have wasted my money

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Esvedra Collection. Their customer service is appalling—they refuse to issue refunds for returned items, claiming they were “lost in the mail.” On top of that, the dresses I received were made of poor-quality fabric, completely misaligned with the standards advertised on their website. The craftsmanship and materials are subpar, and the entire experience has been frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding this store.

So far it has been very frustrating. Spent my money with them on the 12th November and no update at all on my delivery. I’ve contacted them numerous times but just the same repeated responses. I don’t hold much hope of ever getting my order. As others have said I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I have never been caught out with online orders till now. Not happy at all.
