Maatvoering en advies vanuit essenther meegenomen in mijn aankoop, perfect passende bh gekocht. Daardoor geen contact gehad met klantenservice. Ik zou ze zo weer bestellen in dit model, balconette. Zit erg fijn.

I really struggle to find a adfortable strapless bra for my sizes 85E. I have expensive ones over 100 euro. So i thought i try this one. I really like this one. Great support on the sides but also foryour breasts!! Soft material en it is indeed minimizing. You can but shoulderband on it and that works perfect. So i really reccomand essenther for the strapless bra's, certainly for woman with bigger breasts! Very happy quality and pricewise!

They arent responding to my email to return an item that doesnt fit.

Received one pair of sports bra, fits perfect 👌. Ordered accidentally another pair wrong size and contacted customer service, they promised to deliver right size free of charge, and so did they 🥳. I'm very happy and pleased with product and service. Took a bit time to arrive, but thats ok.

Zero customer service. Zero capacity to swap items. Zero capacity to respond to emails. Buyer beware.

Received emails with updates, but unfortunately never received product.

Ik krijg geen contact omdat het mailadres op de site niet klopt. De mail komt terug en het is niet duidelijk hoe retour gaat. de bh is te klein en wil hem omruilen, maar ik kan dus niet mailen

Customer service is terrible. I have been trying to exchange bras that were too big for 3 weeks. They have now agreed to replace 2 of the 3. They are cute bras but BUYER BEWARE! They told me to keep the bras.

Drop shipped and poor quality

Comically bad experience. Took weeks to arrive with no updates. Then was stolen from my letterbox and when I told them they told me to speak to Aus Post and good luck. Every CS response took days and days to get back to me. I was so excited to try. Horrible experience, do NOT recommend.

Main issue I have with this company is the way they market themselves as being an onshore store. A bit deceptive as they are hong kong/china based & so purchases incur foreign fees! (had they been upfront I could've used alternative payment methods to prevent this) Everything else went fairly smoothly. The unpadded wired front closure racer back bras are my favourites & I live in them 24/7 including sleeping in them as they are that comfortable. Once you know your size in a particular bra style you can just order & pretty much get consistent products. Note: different styles may fit differently & hence vary sizing. I have been wearing the same ones for years without issue or fault. Once you work out closure clip it is so easy. The plastic clips havent failed yet & the fabric has retained its shape for years as well as elastic & stitching easily 5 yrs + 24/7 wear. The latest ones were perfect & the same as my original ones. It may be worthwhile buying via Amazon to get to know your size & comfort with easy returns prior to buying direct as I've heard returns are chaotic. I've not returned so cant say. Customer Service replies if you use the online form (they may take a few days which is also annoying). Im not super thin nor obese so Im not sure how these hold up with heavier girls. Up to a D cup you'll find these great. Again Amazon free delivery & easy return is the way to go for a product trial then essenther direct for better prices, styles & colours. The initial logistics is with 17ttack china ubi which can be slow to update with parcel still moving a fair bit inbetween updates. Local delivery was AU post who were in fact the slower part of delivery but overall within 7 days & would've been earlier had it not sat with au post for 4 days before delivery sorting. Overall I was pleased with my experience & definitely will continue buying only with a intl fee free card on future purchases.

Ik wil iets retourneren en moet een mail sturen. Dat gedaan, krijg je een mail met veel tekst en ook veel in rood geschreven tekst dat het niet gratis retour kan en dat alleen ruilen gratis is. Geen probleem maar nu moet ik weer mailen voor het adtes waar het naar toe gestuurd moet worden.
Waarom zo omslachtig?

I just received my front enclosed bra with the back Support. I have to say I have bought thousands of dollars of bras that have never been comfortable from the very start. This bra is so comfortable. I will wait to see how durable it is after its Wash but seriously, I just ordered another three. I’m so happy with this bra.

I ordered a bra and it is sized incorrectly. I followed their instructions to request a refund and they will not respond to me. I wish I had read the reviews about this company before ever doing business with them. Buy from them at your own risk and expense.

I bought a few strapless bras from the company hoping to find a nice one that fit me well for my wedding day. The parcel didn’t arrive in time (my fault for ordering last minute) so I was overseas when it came. I explained this in an email and as they state on their returns policy that if you are no happy with your purchase they will accept returns, I asked if I could get a friend to post it straight back to them, box untouched.
They agreed and I sent the receipt to them but they are not accepting my photo of the receipt. I have sent them the tracking number where I can see the parcel has been delivered but they keep resending the same email. I spent $158 dollars and they have received the bras back, untouched by me and they are refusing to refund me anythingu

I was advertised free return when I bought their merchandise so I ordered different sizes to try. Well, it wasn't free. Had to email pictures of returned merchandise to them and pay for return shipping myself. Plus, they didn't refund two items I sent back. I emailed them twice about it -- crickets!!! I will never buy from this company again! Horrible customer service, inconsistent information about returns, long return process.
The bras are of poor quality and didn't hold well after couple washes. The sticky tape around the edges are coming off.

If there was any rating less than one, I would have chosen it. The advertising appears to be AI. The actual product is terrible quality and looks nothing like the advertisement. Customer service is worse that frustrating - basically they wear you out until you just give up. Keep your money and your sanity. Avoid this company and its products!

I wish I could give it a zero. This is an absolutely awful company to deal with. They’re very slow to respond, their expectations for returning products are untenable. Original plastic packaging? It’s absolutely insane. The offers of taking a percentage of the refund or replacement with incredibly cheap product is ridiculous. Stay away from this company!

This company has absolutely NO Customer Service whatsoever - they take your money and you NEVER hear from them again - even after repeated emails asking them to make contact with me regarding an exchange. I have now given up - just want to warn others - BUYER BEWARE!!! Think long and hard about dealing with this dodgy company!!
