No issues in last 2 years
We have two Gordons installed since last two years and they have been performing well. They look as good as they looked when they were brand new.
We have white Gordons currently but I really wish Gordon colour match options were more affordable 🤞

My experience with Eskimo has been hasslefree so far. I ordered a Gordon towel rail, it arrived quickly within 3 days but it was damaged during the transit.

Great after sales service
Received our radiators last month from Eskimo. After opening all the boxes we found that one of the radiator was slightly damaged at the bottom during the transit. We emailed Eskimo about our disappointment with the transit damage and sent them the pictures of the damage, within a few minutes we received a call from Eskimo’s customer service team to apologise about our concern.
They arranged for a collection of our radiator, repainted it and sent it back a few weeks later. The radiator arrived in a perfect condition this time and we really appreciate all the help, but we would have really appreciated if this could have been a faster process.
The radiators look great and the performance is way better than any of the radiators we have owned in the past.
Very convenient towel rail
Gordon has been a blessing for our family during morning rush hours. Flexibility of drying 4 towels at once has also been a great help. Simple yet perfect design for a towel rail.
Perfect purchase for our newly built property
Gordon towel rail has been a blessing for our new built apartment. As a first time house owners we had to do extensive research to find the right products for our home and nothing came close to Gordons slim fit and modern looks.
I wish we had more space for the bigger version of Gordon but the small Gordon has been powerful enough to dry all our towels in almost no time.

Gordon is in my good books!
Oh my goodness I’m over the moon with our Gordon towel radiator. Our en-suite only had a small panel radiator fitted by the previous owners under the window and no space for a ladder radiator and our towels haven’t been able to dry at all after showering. “Sort out mouldy towels” has been top of my Trello board for weeks! Well now it has moved across to “Done” it’s fully electric and is only 25cm wide and about a metre tall it fits into literally the only space I had left in our small en-suite. Our brill electrician wired it to a WiFi isolation switch so I can set up schedules on my phone or turn it on and off at will when the mood takes me. I ought to be a brand ambassador this isn’t an advert I’m just so happy with it 😆 I have bought another in black for the family bathroom for the children to use, as their bathroom also doesn’t have the means to air 2 large towels. My ensuite one is dark grey to go with the existing anthracite radiator in there but they can colour match any RAL.

Gong rad, Ottinetti valves and rad servicing
We originally ordered a Gong rad through the Radiator Showroom in Portsmouth. The rad was delivered on time and looked just as we had expected. We had some queries regarding the surface finish, identified as being the last of the manufacturing wax - which Eskimo identified as not being a problem. We have recently had to remove the rad to redecorate the hallway and required a replacement Ottinetti valve seal. Eskimo were very helpful in sourcing a suitable alternative. Also, at this time the rad was returned for servicing - which was coordinated by Eskimo to fit in with our date requirements - and has just been refitted. The newly refurbished rad looks superb against the revised decorating. Extremely satisfied with the whole process and product
Eskimo resolved issue ..... Gordon towel heater on 21st…
Ordered a Gordon towel heater on 21st November paid with credit card. I recieved a confirmation email with order number and payment card details used. On 22nd I received an email with shipping details, all looking good. On 24th I received an email from sales team saying my payment of £299 was overdue. I immediately replied to this (which was to an individual person and not to a generic mailbox) but I had no reply.
I was extremely concerned that somehow there was a problem with my payment so i phoned the company the following day (25th). I called at 1245 but it rang with no answer and went to voicemail, I left a message explaining the situation along with my order and invoice number and my contact details. As of today, 30th November, I have had NO response to either my call or email. The heater has been delivered but not yet fitted so can't give any review on the product itself, however my experience with customer services is very poor.
Review update:
After this review was posted I received a call from Eskimo, they were very sorry for any inconvenience caused and explained that there had been a problem with auto generated emails being sent out and issues with their phone system, all of which have now been resolved.
I have not yet fitted the heater so am unable to leave any further feedback on the product.
Thank you Eskimo for dealing with this matter.
Emphatically not recommended
Our experience with Eskimo was a bitter disappointment. In summer 2020, we saw a sample of their Gong radiator at The Radiator Centre in Brighton and were blown away by it because the way the patina had been applied made it look like a galaxy.
We waited months for it and, when it arrived, it turned out to be the worst purchase for our new house. The person(s) who finished it must have never seen any pictures of a galaxy, because it is just navy blue all over. If anything, it's closer to looking like a black hole than a galaxy. We asked The Radiator Centre to contact Eskimo to ask if there was anything they could do to rectify it. We were told that their response was each Gong was handmade and, basically, tough. If we'd wanted a navy blue radiator, we could have easily painted the old one and saved ourselves £2k.
To top it off, the fittings supplied were sub-standard: the caps for the hinges did not fit and the flexible pipes were too short. I ended up buying new parts from another shop.
It has taken us two years to write this review because it has simply taken us that long to stop being angry enough to express our disappointment in words, and even now my wife is getting apoplectic again. We did not expect Eskimo to take back the Gong and rework it, but we feel that the least they should have done was to offer suggestions on how we could possibly modify the patina, rather than an indifferent "tough luck".

Compact yet powerful product
Replaced all our old towel rails with Gordon towel rails. I can see a difference as this new towel rail dries towels faster. Good communication from their team throughout the purchase process.

Love our amazing new radiators!
Absolutely chuffed to bits with our new radiators from Eskimo. We have column radiators in our kitchen, snug and utility space and then a super cool Gong radiator in the hallway. They have made such a difference over winter compared with our old rads and they look so great!

Great Products our client was very happy indeed. The finishes of colour met our clients expectations. Also the customer service that we received was excellent. We was on a very tight deadline for delivery and installation Eskimo gave us every assistance for an earlier delivery which we are so thankful for. It enabled us to keep to our schedule for the overall house refurbishment. We cant thankyou enough Eskimo and would have no hesitation in using this company again.
