Ordered this more than 2 weeks ago and still no product. They have stopped replying to my emails. Apparently, this is a China company. They sent a bogus USPS Tracking number. When i pressed them they sent a China tracking number. More than 2 weeks and still not in the US

Don't trust them. They do not accept PayPal, so who knows if a refund is even possible.

There are other Mushroom Coffee choices. Try one of them....

Très mauvais café. Difficile de mettre fin à la livraison de produits, ils se paient...et ils expédient leurs mauvais produit, même si je leurs ai dit que je n'en voulais plus. J'ai finalement eu un message me disant qu'ils regrettaient de me voir partir........A suivre le mois prochain.

It’s been 16 days & I have not received product and there was no way for me track status. I think your company should make it easier to track merchandise, Hope I get it very soon

Scam order on the 9th never received so today I tried to track package no way to track and no customer service support I disputes SCAM SCAM FAKE SIGHT BEWARE

The product tastes great. But…
Monthly subscription with shipping every two months.
Competing product $30, not $40.
Communication reply with support virtually non-existent.
Not worth the hassle.
I will be canceling this.

My package was never received, after not being shipped for two full weeks AFTER placing my order. I have spent the last week hunting down my package that was apparently "left at the front desk." I don't have a front desk in my home. I live alone, no one received the package for me, neither my neighbors or neighboring businesses have received my package. Customer service has done nothing to help other than gaslight me and insult my intelligence. At this point, I've been without my supplement for nearly a month. Some of us actually care about this. I've learned my lesson and just ordered my prior brand. I would like a refund for the package I never received. I do not want a subscription to Erth. I hope I don't have to cancel my debit card to stop you from further extorting me.

I have not received my order 85804 yet from Aug 10, 2026. That's twenty one days with me paying additional shipping shipping to get the product in a decent time frame. Your product is great but your logistics is lacking. I've ordered twice to make sure I enjoyed your product before I signed up for the subscription and it took over a month to get those orders. Please work this out!

Unable to contact anyone at customer service. Unable to track order. Have not received my order YET, but they certainly charged my credit card. I will not be ordering from them again, if I even get the coffee order from them. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Besides it having no coffee flavor at all, the customer service is terrible. Orders automatically placed but never received. Can’t login into my account. No place to cancel my subscription. Avoid Erth or Urth at all costs.

Not at all taste coffee. Its a bland flavor. I had to add some coffee to it to get the coffee flavor. Also I didnt feel anything good with the product at all. I tried Cuppa and Ryze. Rye tasted a bit different (not coffee taste at all) but it gave good positive energy. Cuppa tasted better and gave good energy but not as good as Ryze. but this one tasted bland and do nothing. Basically i felt like i am taking coffee flavoured flour.

How can I leave a review I never received the product

You took my money 3 weeks ago and zero communication about any delay. When I attempted to cancel my subscription I received an error message that prevented me from even getting to the screen to do that. I reached out to your support team and asked to have my subscription cancelled and a refund as I didn’t get my last shipment. They did cancel it but told me they couldn’t refund as it was already shipped. I asked why I never got a shipping confirmation and was then told there was a delay but “ We’re pleased to let you know that your package has already reached the final stage of the shipping process and has been finalized for shipment.” So you lied that it had already shipped and just refused to refund me even though I no longer want your product as you can’t seem to manage running a supply chain well.
You can have the best product on the market but if you can’t reliably ship it or provide decent customer service you won’t survive.

It took over two weeks to receive our shipment.
Also, the order was automatically placed as a subscription that I was unaware of.
The product receive is much darker than previous shipment.

Horrible company, take forever to shit and make it impossible to cancel the subscription. They won't provide me the link to log in and don't answer emails. Try 3 time cancel this and I am still being charged

Very good experience. My delivery was a little late but over all it was a great experience. Easy cancellation. The coffee was more earthy than I was looking for. It did however elevate my mood and wellness.
