Ordered on the 8th of August, it is now the 29th of August and still haven’t received my order. When I tried to email customer service I was only met with an automated response that says it shipping takes 7-13 days. It has been well over 13 days and the link still says “preparing these items for you.” It may be a good product but I wouldn’t know as I haven’t been able to try it…

I purchased this product at the beginning of August, then I was recharged by auto subscription and I still haven’t recieved the product. I have sent numerous emails and emails to cancel the auto pay and still no product🤬

I should have checked here before ordering. I placed my order on May 22nd and followed up about 10 different times after that. I was constantly told that they were oversold. About a month ago I got an email from the founder saying that the problem was the shipping module but that my order would be shipped within three to four days. Needless to say the order was never shipped. I have not received my order yet and it's been over 3 months since I placed it. Glad that there was no money in my account when the subscription was going to be charged a month later. I cancelled it immediately. I was going to be a subscriber for life. I thought this was an amazing product. Too bad I never got to taste it.

Order has been stuck at "label created" for over a week. I emailed to ask why and received emails back that Erth is looking into it; sorry; and I should receive "updated delivery details" in 48 hours.
Not delivered in 48 hours - details updated. So... I'm waiting.

it has been more 21 days that I haven't received the product yet...quick 'automated' reply on my messages, 'I'm sorry bla bla bla!' It's totally disrupted my routine, Horrible company!

Be very careful. This was a really bad experience. I was notified that a first auto ship was in the works. IIMMEDIATELY contacted the company NOT TO SHIP. Was told if a shipment arrived, I could return it. I was then promptly billed. Then a shipment was picked up by the carrier Many days after I asked not to ship. Then I received an email from “customer service” stating i was no longer eligible for return nor refund. Have not even used FIRST shipment. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I understand autoship game and have canceled others in time and with customer support.

I don’t want reoccurring payment and delivery. My Visa card is in compromise status today because I thought it was fraud. I need to be removed and not put on this without my express permission.

I ordered the starter kit and 20 days later, I have yet to get it. USPS Label created on 08/20 but USPS doesn't have possession of the item.I'm pretty disappointed in the company right now. I'll give them another week, then dispute the charge, and never buy from them again.

I like the taste as it dosnt taste bitter like other coffees. I do feel a difference after drinking it

I was unaware of getting automatic shipments. I sent an email expressing this. The shipment and charge took place. The original order took weeks and a threat to not pay before first shipment was filled. I have to say I have not even tried the product. My displeasured is based on your business practices.

They snuck in a subscription that was not identified at checkout. I ordered weeks ago, and apparently, it's a Chinese company. I still haven't received it.

The taste is good, it dissolved without residual. It took long to receive than I expected. I thought it was coming from the USA.

I ordered Erth Lab on August 10. It is the 27th today and I’m still waiting for it. So far, I’m not impressed. 47.00 plus dollars for nothing so far.

Your company sucks swamp water. Still haven't received my original order sent several emails requesting refund and cancellation of subscription and you are still charging me for a subscription which i have never received the product. Original order #74665 07/31/26 FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I sent an email this afternoon to Erth customer service and it was responded to in less than 5 minutes ! (2 min to be exact). They answered my question completely and provided a link for future ordering. Thanks for being on top of it!

If I could give less than one star I would. This company is a scam. I placed my first order with them around the first of August. It wasn't until the 11th that they sent me a notice saying they were finally shipping my product. I waited a few days and checked the USPS tracking they gave me. The tracking still said awaiting package from sender. Which means, of course that they had not shipped my product. They had only created a shipping label.

On the 18th, over two weeks after having placed my order, I sent customer service an Email trying to find out if they were actually going to ship my product. I also searched their website looking for a way to request a refund. There isn't one. But I did find out that they had set me up on an auto shipment that I never authorized. They were going to charge me for two bags every month of a product they had yet to actually release from their warehouse.

When I cancelled the auto shipments, there was a text box asking why. In that text box I told them that I was satisfied this was a scam company, and told them I needed refund.

Magically, four days later they handed my package to USPS. Understand, I have yet to have ever gotten any response from the customer service department at all about any of this.

It took USPS only three days to deliver my package, but after the completely shoddy customer service (or lack thereof) that I have experienced with this company, I will never purchase anything from them ever again.

Let me reiterate. I ordered my package on or around the first of the month, and it was the 25th before I actually received it - with no explanation as to why it took so long.

I suggest to anyone reading this review to not get involved with these obvious scammers. I firmly believe had I not requested the refund when I cancelled the auto shipments, I would never have been shipped any product.
