The ring was amazing, my wife liked it so much. The quality of it was outstanding.

My ring was beautiful. I got a 5ct but then decided I wanted a 3ct instead. The return process was smooth & my refund deposited shortly after. Great communication. I’m trying to decide which style I want for the next one but when I decide it will be them I replace my ring with. Thanks Epi.

I have not yet received my order and got an email saying I had received it. I was also told it would take 3-4 business days and it has been 6. I will change this review once fixed.

The rings I received are beautiful and the email support was accurate and helpful. There was an issue with the delivery date at checkout. The page claimed 1 to 3 days for delivery. They were deceptively referring to the shipping timeframe not actual time to deliver. As such the rings arrived later than expected. Additionally the chat support on the site was awful; when I asked what hours the chat was available, I received a response several hours later simply stating ‘we’re open now’. Not helpful. With these issue in mind I would still recommend ordering here, but know the delivery stated on the checkout is not an actual estimate of when you’ll receive it, and if you need support I recommend their email option.

I’m so happy with my ring! The sparkle on Moissanite is beautiful. The shine on the setting is excellent. Overall, gorgeous ring! They have great customer service and very fast response. So far the ring is still in excellent shape. I definitely recommend.

I got the ring and it was so much better than i was expecting sometimes you order something online and when you get it you want to cry which is what i did to the ring before this one but this one turned out great 😊

Had an issue with a ring. Sent back the first time because it was tarnished less than 6 months after receiving, a second time a few days later because a stone fell out. While turn around is not quick, customer support was thorough and efficient.

The ring was perfect my fiancé loved it and it was worth every penny thank you EPI

Beautiful 2 carat ring.

I bought the 3 carat Oval Moissanite with hidden halo as a travel ring (to keep my diamond safely at home), and I’d have to say, it is quite a beautiful piece! I was looking at several sites to where to buy from, as I had bought a stacked set that I wanted to use with my original wedding bands (white gold, eternity ring with princess cut diamonds), but when it got to me, you can tell the silver from the white gold and they did not look good together, so was very disappointed with my purchase. When I read what gold vermeil was and that it closely resembles white gold, I had to go with Epi Jewelry and I’m so happy I did! It matches nicely with my wedding bands, as if they came together! The moissanite does shine nicely, but maybe one thing I would change is the size of the stone. I may have gone with a slightly smaller stone (maybe 2/2.5 Carat) as 3 is quite large and may appear more like fashion jewelry. Happy with my purchase price point that I got 2 moissanite rings - my other a yellow gold band with round solitaire- when I want to switch out my metals based on what I’m wearing! Would buy from Epi again!

⭐ Review — Terrible Quality, Refund Denied, and Zero Accountability

I received my engagement ring in April, and the quality has been shockingly bad. The band has already cracked, and the gold color didn’t fade or tarnish — it literally disappeared in several areas. That should NEVER happen to a ring that’s only a few months old.

When I contacted the company, instead of standing behind their product, they asked me to return the ring for a replacement. My ring has an engraving, so simply swapping it out doesn’t fix the real problem: the quality of the ring itself is defective. A replacement doesn’t guarantee this won’t happen again, and it also means losing the engraved ring that holds sentimental value.

I asked for my money back because the product was clearly not made to last, and they denied my request. The combination of poor craftsmanship and unhelpful customer service is extremely disappointing.

I would strongly warn anyone considering this company: if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to take true responsibility. I regret this purchase and the stress it has caused.
