It appears to be very safe, but the actual transactions are conducted through cryptocurrencies or Stripe, which do not guarantee any protection. They just take the intermediary fees and sales proceeds, then suddenly stop responding to any inquiries. I tried to file a complaint on the site, but I was banned for "spamming."
