real or bogus company??
First time ordering at eofficeshop..de (in July). Was not clear that hanging file folders would come with tabs and inserts, so ordered those as well. Paid online. Received NO communication about order status. Arrived in separate shipments packaged in a lot larger packaging than needed!! Realized the tabs & inserts were included and that we did not need the extra ones. As per their website sent email to request return July 12th 2022 and then again July 14th. Never received an answer! Since then, we've then tried calling the number listed on their website (which ironically is listed under -always available for you- "Für Sie jederzeit erreichbar") to no answer during their posted business hours. Doing some more research there are three companies seemingly connected. On the eofficeshop website under legal notice (impressum) it reads:

We then decided to leave a review of this "company". To our surprise there's are 4-5 star rating as well as 1-2 star ratings on a review website. Out of 43 -verified- reviews in the past 12 months, there are several that just give stars without commenting on their shopping experience: ca. 16 of those are 4-5 stars, 4 of those 1-2 stars. All of this is quite suspicious! As I've been trying to reach this Company for three weeks straight and no reply to my emails nor does anyone answer the phone at the supposed office number. The 5 star ratings on review websites either mean the company name is wrong or their verification process could need a closer look. So to sum up: ordered, paid, received NO communication whatsoever, shipments came in way to large packaging, need to return some items no reply to emails as well as phone calls. Is this a proper company or just a front?
Update: they refunded the items we wanted to send back. We found out by receiving our credit card statement - no communication from them whatsoever and also no information on how and where to return the items. What kind of business conduct is that!
