I started hosting with pebble host for about a month, for the same 12gb budget option, their hardware was objectively worse. Constant stuttering, and the server was using my allocated 12gb of ram constantly.

Switched to EnviroMC this month moved all of my exact same server files over. Average memory usage at 4gb. CPU lower as well, same exact price. The server environment for setting up the server is a bit weird and the only reason it's not a perfect 5 stars is that the web environment is a bit janky. The server importer didn't seem to function and when you try to install a custom forge version it stalls on "Getting java version" indefinitely but it actually finished already and just needed to be ran. Other than those small hiccups StupidestNerd the host owner got back to my ticket quick because of my transition issues coming from pebble. He was fast, answered my questons , and overall for the same price i'm getting:

I have been using EnviroMC for about 6 or more months now to host 2 Minecraft servers. I made the move over from Shockbyte after having so many issues. EnviroMC is WAY BETTER. The servers run well and I get help much faster than I ever did at Shockbyte. The staff is friendly and part of the money goes to good charities. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent performance & prices, I am very happy to settle down after trying out multiple hosting services.

Support tickets are not answered in an instant but always great support in the end.

I had some issues and contacted support through discord. Nerd was very helpful and moved my servers to a different node.

I've been using EnviroMC for about 2 months and have recently gotten another server hosted by them. The prices are great and support is very friendly. I do reccomend.

mark and nerd helped my smp come back to life because an old host provider was too laggy and bad to help with anything. I'm so happy

EnviroMC is maybe the most helpful hosting service I've ever used. I've had a couple in the past, but there's something different about EnivroMC. Not only are the owners really helpful, especially for newcomers to servers like me, but the discord server's equally as pleasant. No matter what the issue, no matter how dumb the question, everyone's got your back to guide you through whatever issues you might come across.

On top of all that, their servers just seem to run really smoothly. I've been using their services for small modded Minecraft playthroughs with my friends, and the uptime has been insanely good, even with our giant modpacks. All in all, good service, good support, good host.

Support is fast, prices are good.
I was getting a issue with the ip of my server, but within 1 hour support helped me and solved my issue, again Tysm (I'm Stevefoxes#7999 btw)

A solid host with solid server plans! The best part about this host however is the discord server, with its very active community to ask for help, and the quick responses from the devs when you make a ticket. I want to specifically point out the dev named Nerd, who is incredibly positive and helpful. They’ve answered all my questions within at least the same day I asked and just makes the whole having-a-server experience super easy. Cheers everyone, and thank you Nerd!

Avoid this hosting company.
From files corruption, billing system literally charging you extra for no reason, and suspending your server literally 3 days after you have paid your invoice.

Files corruption happened at least 3 times within a month. This is insane, that sensitive data can just be corrupted that easily. Why did it corrupt? Because this company lets someone abuse their "Unlimited" storage system. Once or twice in a while is acceptable, but 3 times within a span of a month is just simply unacceptable.

Billing issue I had, EVEN THO I mentioned this multiple times, I still got charged extra. The first time, it took them almost a month to refund that extra charge, before you know it, next billing cycle comes and they charge me extra again. To be fair, it has been resolved for my last billing cycle, but I am not happy with how long it has taken to resolve this major trust issue.

Lastly, my server got suspended, literally only 3 days after my last paid invoice. The amount of downtimes, the amount of headaches and complaints I get from my players all because EnviroMC couldn't manage their service as a proper hosting company.

For context, my server is hosted in Singapore with players in Asia. The staff are in the U.K, so the timezone difference is so great, that whenever I need support I would have to wait HOURS before I get a reply. Staff aren't available most of the time, thus creating even more downtime.

I'm extremely frustrated. My last review unfortunately got deleted due to a request, and I failed to check my email regarding trustpilots policies. But this just shows they will attempt to delete any negative reviews on here.

The only reason why I am even ever staying is the lack of reasonable Minecraft hosting in the Asia region. But EnviroMC is proving that it is quite literally impossible, so I might consider my business elsewhere.

Support is sometimes slow, sometimes super fast. Servers are good, even on budget plan.

I've been using it for about a week now for modded.

Very good and quick service, within the discord as well as when making a ticket. The server management is easy to set up, it has plenty of options to have people with experience set certain things up. EnviroMC also plants trees.. so that's awesome! The servers are very reliable and so are the SQL servers.

I was looking for a good price and good service host, and then I found this host and, man, this is awesome.
Something I gotta say is that because they haven't much staff members, your ticket might take a while to be answered, but they were so nice. They even have a community help channel with volunteers, so, if you're planning to pay their services, joining their discord might be a good idea.

I purchased a 5 GB budget server, which comes out to $5/month. For reference, I purchased a server located in the EU as a midpoint between my friends located in America and Asia.

Even with the amount of mods I was running, the server was quick and responsive. There were a few lag issues around the way, but that is to be expected from a budget server, my very high ping, and the amount of mods I used (around 150). Issues with multiple invoices (my fault because I clicked the button twice) and a mistaken suspension were resolved quickly. (From the time I opened a ticket, the maximum amount it took to get a reply was around 2 hours; mileage might vary based on your timezone). The server interface was easy to use and it was easy to set up a server with the help of a few YouTube videos.

Overall, I would recommend EnviroMC if you are looking for a server provider that's friendly to both your wallet and the environment.

Servers might have started out a little shaky, but EnviroMC customer service hits different. The server uptime is also immaculate. I've also had no problems with contacting the staff/management. Would highly reccommend.

I paid for a server a few days ago and straight away saw red flags - typos in the emails, more focus on billing than actually serving a product, and obvious glitches on the front end (empty drop down menus and more typos). A day later, the VPS I paid for still had a status of "pending". I was advised by the community discord to open a ticket, I did so, then support added a 2nd server to my account - but now both servers were stuck in Pending. I asked if they could take a look and Nerd said he would do so first thing in the morning - that was fine, I do not mind waiting - but there was an air of (albeit polite) irritability and impatience from support. I wouldn't have wanted to be told that if my server was already live and players started complaining. and one more minor thing, IMO, It doesn't help your company image to have your bio on discord say "Professional Karen Tamer" (a derogatory term - so your clients are just entitled Karens?) Having to wait another day didn't bother me - but there was no communication about it unless I specifically pestered the team about by asking for updates in my ticket (probably not a good way to convince a Karen Tamer to help you out.) After yet another day the server was still not working - but at least the duplicate was removed, and the server was listed as Active, however no IP address was allocated. It seems like their back end has some serious technical issues. I asked politely if they could move my renewal billing day forward to match the start date of the actual service (e.g. so i could pay for 30 days instead of 29 or 28). Seemed like a fair request to me - but I was completely ignored. Also, during this whole span of time, I witnessed the entire front-end of the client dashboard get changed to a totally different layout. My whole experience was that this company is not experienced or professional. I won't be asking for a refund on the twelve dollars, but I will not be renewing. I closed out my unsolved service ticket. Never even got my hands on an IP address from EnviroMC. Best of luck to your small team of developer(s)(?) and support, but I am not going to wait any longer. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time?

Edit3(2022-06-30): I am now being harassed with invoices, likely out of spite on the part of Nerd. Upon opening a ticket instructing Enviromc to delete my account and stop sending invoices, Nerd replied:
> "Your service is still active and online. Would you like to cancel it? "
and
> "I would rather ask for a user to confirm this rather than just deleting their online an active services will[sic] nilly."
and told me to cancel my "active" service using a non-existent menu option. Then he closed the ticket without deleting anything.

After testing several hosts over the past couple years, this is the best host i've come across. Great performance at a really good price. Support has also been really helpful with my questions.

EnviroMC was recommended to me by a friend, who said the server uptime was good and the prices were decent.

I've had nothing but issues since the moment I started using them.

The website kept giving me an error whenever I tried to create a subdomain for our server, and I ended up opening a support ticket through the website regarding this. There was a response from a staff member a couple days later that said they would fix the issue. The ticket was closed but the subdomain issue was never fixed. This issue remained even up until I decided to cancel the service.

On April 6th, I tried upgrading our server plan. Their website was having difficulty loading which resulted in multiple invoices being generated for the same purchase. I opened a ticket the next day asking for a refund for these extra charges. There was one response from a staff member on April 9th that offered a refund and asked for the transaction IDs of the unwanted payments. ON April 10th, I provided all of the invoices and transaction IDs. There were no other responses from staff afterwards and no refund was ever given. I had to go through my bank to get the extra charges reversed.

On April 19th, I decided to cancel my service. I put in a cancellation request and removed my bank card from their website. 10 days later on April 29th my bank card was charged for another month of service despite the fact that I had REMOVED IT from the website. I logged into my EnviroMC billing panel and my service was still active despite my cancellation request. There were no cards registered on my account so I do not understand why or how they charged my card. When I contacted staff about this they suggested the payment was made through PayPal. After logging into PayPal and checking my activity I can confirm this is not the case.

I've now had to get an entirely new bank card to stop this company from charging me for a service I tried to cancel. Every time I've attempted to get in touch with their customer support I get radio silence. It seems to me that they only have 3 or 4 staff at any given time.

I do not know where all these great reviews are coming from but if you want to avoid an experience like that one I had, I highly suggest you do not use this hosting company.

Edit: For clarification, our server was not even a month old. The server was purchased on April 2nd, and the new billing period starts on May 2nd. I was charged on April 29th and I cancelled on April 19th long before the new billing period started, so the charges were unjust.

I would post an image but TrustPilot doesn't allow that.. I find it kind of unfortunate that it takes a bad review to actually get staff attention. I also just noticed I never got an invoice for this charge, and it is visible on my online bank account but there is no mention of it on my EnviroMC billing panel. This payment was not made through PayPal. I've talked to my bank and they can confirm this. It was made through my card. This does not change the fact that I was charged before the end of the current billing period, AFTER I CANCELLED THE SERVICE. I also checked that I did not have recurring payments to you on PayPal and there were none.

Edit (July 21, 2022): Wow EnviroMC, you guys really are petty. I thought this was over and done with but this will be the third time you've tried to have my review taken down. First, you attempt to get it taken down because it's "unverified". Then, you try to tell Trustpilot that I "reviewed the wrong business", even though I'm clearly referring to EnviroMC in my review. Now you're flagging this review as being "advertising or promotional" because it has an Imgur code to an image providing proof that you unjustly charged me? I've removed the Imgur code as per your request, but please understand: my experience with your services were absolutely abysmal and my review has been an honest reflection of that. Rather than repeatedly flagging this review trying to get it removed, please work on improving your services and providing more adequate customer support.
