I have purchased around 8 or 9 Entertainment Books in the past. Tonight, I was going to begin looking for a deal on storage so I decided to check out EB and see what deals they had. I remember there being deals on storage, rental cars, tires, and anything I ever wanted it seemed there was a coupon for it. The dining was 2 for 1 and offered amazing restaurants that you could have dinner most places under $20. Today, there is none of this and the books are double the price. As I searched the available discounts I found frozen yogurt, pizza and boutiques that I never heard of. The dining was 10%, 20% off and maybe 2 of 10 were BOGO. I will not be purchasing the book in the future and suggest they add some department stores, electronics, big box memberships and attempt to offer value the people need. This economy is in need of discounts, we are all struggling to some degree. As of now, I do not recommend the Entertainment Book, not even the 2026 with heavy discounted purchase with 2 months left in the year. Bring the Entertainment Book from a decade ago back.

Total scam company. Worthless coupons, horrendous customer service which is virtually non existent. Once you sign up you are caught in an endless Catch 22, where they keep charging your card for renewal and keep telling you the window for cancelation is closed. Not a reputable organization. They just keep stealing from you once you are foolish enough to sign up. Stay as far away from this company as you can get.

It is basically impossible to get any assistance from customer service. They canceled my subscription two months early and I have had no access to any of the coupons that I paid for. Now they are ignoring email communication. Not sure how they stay in business.

Entertainment bro

I looked at their website 2 days ago and input nothing. It looks like they tracked my IP and then cross referenced it to other sources so they could send me spam. This site can go to hell. That is gross violation of my privacy. I will never look at, comment on, or click anything by this company again. And I definitely wouldn't do business with them if this is their practices.

I have had my subscription for six weeks. In that time, I have tried to use it three times. Of those, TWO times the site has cited "connection issue" and has asked me to try again later. Both times the site then stated that the coupon had been redeemed and was not available for a full year! I will not renew unless this major glitch is corrected.

A frequent customers of ours came in and handed us a coupon for our dry cleaning business associated with entertainment.com logo. We have never done with entertainment.com and have no association with them

This is a complete scam!! I tried to cancel my membership. I took required steps and it kept saying my email didn’t exist! Total BS!!!!!!!!!!

Complete scam! This website offers coupons but the catch is the coupons usually either don't work when presented to the merchants or are of very little value. Having to pay a subscription fee to get access to them is plain stupid! You can get coupons that actually work with a quick Google search...free. DO NOT use this site, it's worthless!
The biggest flaw though is that you CANNOT cancel your membership when you sign up. The cancelation link is fake and the customer service links also don't work. You'll have to contact your credit card company to get it canceled. Overall, a horrible experience!

My credit card has been billed for 2023. I never received activation code. Followed procedures to follow up with Company but your account must be activated to make enquiry. Took my money can't in touch or get my product

I have purchased coupon books from this company for at least the last 10+ years. When I received my book this year, I noticed that it was much thinner than the books I received in the past. In fact, I did a comparison of the size of the 2 books, and the latest book was 26% smaller than the previous years, even though the price was EXACTLY THE SAME..!! When I wrote to the company, they gave me a BS story as to how they were trying to save the environment, AND, that the coupon book had the same number of coupons as in previous years. Now, I ask you, how can the number of coupons be the same, if there are 56 less pages, and 4 coupons per page for a whopping total of 224 LESS COUPONS...!!! Today I was informed that if I wish to return the books, I would have to pay a $7.95 handling fee.....!!! That is nearly 25% of the cost of the books to begin with. All I can say is this.....and I'm going to clean this up a bit.....don't urinate on my boots and tell me it's raining. I may have been born at night....but NOT LAST NIGHT..!!!
