I would like to share my experience with an Enso replacement. I had used it for 6 months when the upper cup broke. I contacted support, and they asked me to send them the Enso body. They examined it within a day and sent me a brand-new replacement very quickly. So I can say I'm very satisfied with both the product and the support.

The ENSO is a beautiful hookah and smokes amazing. We really admire the craftsmanship and quality. Definitely one of the smoothest smoking hookahs we have had the pleasure to try. It is well worth the price. Customer service is top tier and very responsive. Highly recommend.

I bought the Enso a year ago and am generally satisfied with the device. If I were to change anything, it would be the materials used, as certain parts quickly absorb an unpleasant odor.

However, what I absolutely must highlight is the excellent customer service. Truly one of the best I've ever experienced. You get a quick response and they provide effective help.

I am extremely satisfied with my ENSO device. It has excellent technology. The device also looks very aesthetic and elegant in terms of design. It doesn't have the Arabic look of classic hookah sets. In some cultures, especially in our country, hookah smokers are not looked upon favorably; they are seen as redneck. For decades, I used very expensive hookah sets, hookah heads, and equipment, but now those devices are just sitting around. ENSO is truly excellent. Everyone who sees the device can't take their eyes off it and constantly asks questions. I've introduced this device to many people.

I've smoked over 300 different heads with Enso, including Tangiers and other dark tobaccos, and I've truly enjoyed the experience.

One of the biggest advantages for me was that ENSO helped me move away from charcoal. That's one of the biggest reasons why I love the device so much. Charcoal is unhealthy, impractical, and emits carbon dioxide, something I personally want to avoid, so ENSO solved a significant problem for me and made my sessions much more comfortable and enjoyable. I also have an xkah and a couple of e-HMD devices, but none are as practical as ENSO. Preparing and cleaning your hookah with Enso is very simple, practical, and easy to use. Previously, I used a lot of charcoal, which resulted in very high electricity bills. Enso's energy-efficient use has halved my electricity bill. Those who use electrical charcoal burner know it's dangerous; there's a risk of burning the house, the risk of coals falling, and you always need to be on alert. My air quality monitor was constantly giving warnings because of the charcoal, and my neighbors were very bothered by the smell from burning charcoal because I live in an apartment building.

I encountered a problem while using the device. Enso's customer support was excellent and very quick; they handled everything with real care and kept me informed throughout the process. The support I received was fast, thoughtful, professional, and truly reassuring. I would like to extend my special thanks to Bern and the ENSO team for their patience, understanding, and excellent customer support. I experienced firsthand that they truly care about their customers and that Enso is an accessible company focused on customer satisfaction and product support when a problem arises.

Enso is the best!

I am absolutely happy with my Enso. The build quality is exceptional, and the design is a real eye-catcher. The best thing for me is the time that saves. Simply put tobacco in the cup, then press a button and wait 5 minutes and it's done. You don't have any dirt from coal.

I absolutely love my Enso Shisha. It’s honestly the only shisha I can comfortably smoke. Traditional shishas have always been very harsh on my throat for me, especially because of the CO₂ from the charcoal, but with Enso the experience is much smoother and cleaner.
The design is beautiful, and it’s so compact that I can easily pack it with me wherever I go. The setup is incredibly easy — it takes just a moment and you’re ready to enjoy a session. No hassle, no charcoal, just a smooth and relaxing experience.
The flavor is great, the sessions are enjoyable, and I can actually smoke without the throat irritation I usually get with traditional setups.
