our family of 5 adults were very comfortable in this very nice wonderfully located house . Andy was very responsive and totally coooerative as we finalized our plans . Comfortable accommodations in good condition as represented online. recommend to other groups without reservation.

Perfect location. We lived in London for several years on assignment, so we knew the Kensington area was attractive. The combination of Kensington and Andy's wonderful house exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms plentiful and modern, the kitchen well stocked. Our group of six especially enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails in the large, comfortable living room. The house is only a short walk to everything Kensington has to offer. Andy was quick to answer every question as we planned our trip and generous with recommendations on local dining spots. This place - and Andy - are gems.

This very comfortable house in the center of town was our base for our week in London. Having lived in many different parts of London over many years, I can say confidently that this was one of the nicest houses in a very nice neighborhood. Our host, Andy, could not have been more pleasant or more responsive. Highly recommended!

Superior property for our family of five coming the UK for summer Holiday. Honestly, I was nervous confirming this property with the ratings it had I thought it may not be true. We had booked another property using VRBO 2 months before our trip to London and it was cancelled one week before our arrival date. Thankfully we found Andy's property and he worked with us every step of the way to reassure our arrival and all processes would go smoothly. I am a big believer in things work out for a reason and I think we had the best London experience because of this property. Each of our three children (two teens) had their own room (with a sink in it, which is unheard of in our Country) plus very comfortable beds. All the needs of a household were provided and the home has a very warm welcoming feeling. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe as well as being convenient to the Underground and shops. Andy was easily reachable at any moment (not that we had any) and truly made this experience a very happy memory. I hope we can return to London soon, if not just to have another meal on the rooftop terrace! Thank you again Andy!!!

Charming house in very convenient location, near many sights and stores. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Worked perfectly for our family of seven.

The home was as advertised. It was comfortable and charming and easily accommodated our group of seven. It is in a lovely neighborhood accessible to many visit-worthy places and nearby two tube (subway) stations.

The host (Andy) was attentive and responsive to our needs before and during our trip. I would recommend this house to my friends and family.

So convenient!! We were going to a conference held at the Royal Albert Hall and a nearby church and this house was so centrally located. Close to Brompton Road with all of the restaurants and shops and Harrods it was perfect for the 7 of us. Having 4 bathrooms was tremendous plus all of the bed configurations made it perfect for singles as well as a married couple.
We found the flat clean and comfortable. All of the bathrooms and lights worked well. Kitchen was very functional. Reasonably priced. Walking distance to the tube and the action of the pubs and other places. Owner was trustworthy, organized, easy to work with. It was perfect for us.
