Over all the experience was good. There were minor mistakes but they would take care of it right away. unfortunately they are on the higher end for pricing ,and So I had to find another company.

Best Decision Ever for Controlled Weight Loss
I had all my questions answered before signing up. Then, I got to choose the doctor in my state for my monthly telehealth appts. and my RX. I am afraid of needles so was first disappointed that they do not prescribe “pens” but I gave myself the first shot yesterday and I didn’t even feel it! The needles are so small and short that you feel nothing. I was very impressed that I could get the GLP-1 compound with B12 that is much healthier but not covered by my healthcare provider. The plan costs less than my healthcare would even if they could get me the compound! This is a win win for me.

Inconsistent and medication cancelled with no notice given
I have been with these guys for a while. The last 2 or 3 months they canceled my meds with no notice. First time was because i needed new bloods done and a virtual visit which i did - then not even 60 days later they cancelled it AGAIN because they had decided i needed another virtual visit (instead of the 90 day requirement) despite my july visit and my bloods.
Each time they cancel - it is a 2 week wait for the renewed meds.
Too much hassle. I recommend NOT using Enhance MD if consistent, uninterrupted service and dependable delivery if medication is important to you
Response to reply: while i of course appreciate the response - it is important to note that not only was i given no notice of a ANOTHER follow up appointment being required at 60 days instead of 90 days- the medication was just stopped. And it takes Enhance MD at least 2 weeks to get it to you again. In addition, enhance md told me they could not guarantee there would be no future disruptions, and that they could not guarantee or even try to expedite medication. So to pretend like continuity of care is their issues is poppycock. This is a firm that changes the rules on you; disrupts your medication with ZERO notice and maximum inconvenience; and tells you they cannot guarantee they wont't keep stopping your and will not communicate with you about it.
Defend that.....

To keep subscriptions active without interruption, two steps are required: a check-in with one of our medical practitioners at least every 90 days, and updated lab work every 6 months.
After labs are completed, we also recommend a follow-up visit—even if your last appointment was within 90 days—so we can review results and keep your treatment both safe and effective.
We understand how disruptive delays can feel, and we’re committed to making these requirements as seamless as possible moving forward.

Supposedly refrigerated shipments arrive warm or hot!
I have repeatedly told you that my shipments are writing without any ice and are very warm. As a result, is my opinion that the medication is not working for me properly and may even be dangerous as it gets too warm. I was assured that this problem would be corrected but it has not been. My last shipment arrived with absolutely no cooling present even though I was assured the problem would be corrected. You should be investigating this problem for yourself order your own medication. I'm sure you will find that my assertions are accurate

As we work with several partnered facilities it is important to communicate directly with us. That way we can set expectations with our partnered facilities.
Shipments should arrive with sufficient ice packs so temperature damage to the medication is not a concern. I believe our team is actively working on reprocessing your order and should arrive soon.
In the future, it would be great if you could take photos of your shipment and packaging as it arrives. We can use these to hold our partners accountable to our expectations.

Bad shipping!!!
They ship medication between two Ice packs in a paper FedEx bag. Due to this, the temperature of the medication was not maintained and medication was no longer safe to take. I asked them to put medication in a styrofoam box/ shipping container to ensure temperature (cause this should already be their standard practice) and they said they’re not changing a thing about the way they ship and would try sending medication again, but if it arrives with the temperature not maintained again, they would not refund me and I’d be out $400!

Enahnce.MD works with many pharmacies to provide coverage across the United States. Our pharmacy determines the packaging and number of ice packs, but when we receive a complaint of this nature, we pass on this feedback to the pharmacy so we can improve the patient experience.
We value feedback, however as the pharmacy determines the packaging, we can only make suggestions for improvement. If we receive enough feedback like yours, we can use these examples to motivate the pharmacy to change their packaging. Thanks for taking the time to write this, it helps a lot!
In terms of the refund, we would like to set the record straight, as you originally paid a discounted rate for your medication using our summer discount code totaling, $279. We offered to send a replacement vial, despite our pharmacy reinforcing that the medication is stable at room temperature for several days. As you didn't feel comfortable receiving a replacement vial we provided a refund in full.
