Didn't like my post and asked me to email them, so I did, once again they proved their poor communication by not replying to my email, even though they asked me too

So far, my cover assignments have been well-organised and clearly communicated by Chris. I’ve especially appreciated the prompt updates and clarity around expectations before each placement — this has made it easier to step into roles confidently.

The schools I’ve been placed in have generally been welcoming, and the transitions have been smooth.

This company is shocking! It should be shut down as almost everyone who I have interacted over the span of 9 months seem to be working together in support of this scam. I used the London sector and was promised work by one of their senior agents who then ghosted me for months. Impossible to get hold of and every other employee (I spoke to about 15!) said they weren't able to help and only she would be able to, as she covered that certain area and it was her domain. I paid for a DBS had sent in all my docs and refs. 6 months later I finally get hold of her to be told to re-send everything in again, which I did and no one got back to me! When chased up I was told my reference was out-dated and the company rules had changed to only accepting recent references. What a joke when initially I had signed up this was never a problem! Even spoke with the manager who didn't bother getting back to me. Employees are clueless and passed me pillar to post. Hopeless agency. Don't waste your time. Have no idea how it is still operating. #shutitdown

Casey has been an amazing consultant to work with, extremely diligent and willing to field phonecalls from school staff who do not understand the term reasonable working hours.

As a result Casey has been able to get me short term contracts appropriate to my skills and experience.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Engage Education and I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I managed to register with Engage last year October and since then Casey has worked tirelessly to get me through the vetting stage right into work which, I've been very great full of. The staff are very professional and they stick to their word of getting you into work ASAP. I will recommend the Agency to friends/ family who want to get into the industry.

I’ve been working with Engage for a couple of days now and it has been wonderful, Caitlin has been amazing and supportive throughout the entire process, she has been incredibly helpful and friendly. I’m truly grateful to have someone as supportive and kind as Caitlin by my side during this journey.

I have been working with Engage Education since the beginning of the 2024-25 school year and Megan, Rob, and Sy were my main consultants. All three of them were very proactive in helping me find weekly cover opportunities and were always very accommodating. Working with them has been such a pleasure, and I could not ask for better consultants! They are all so great and passionate about what they do, and they really care about their schools and their candidates.

I’ve been with Engaged education for 2 years now and they’re absolutely amazing! They find you the best schools. Sayedul is one of the agents and he’s amazing! He does weekly check ups to ensure that you’re enjoying your role, and if not he finds you a place that suits you best.

Been working for a couple of days but been in touch with Caitlin for about a month. She’s been very helpful and friendly with me during this whole process. Im thankful that I got a person like Caitlin by my side during this journey.

I’ve been working with engage education for a couple of months now, it has been good, parth is really helpful and lets you know different opportunities straight away. They’re really supportive.

I have been with Engage for a couple of months now, working mostly with Suela and Scarlett. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly supportive, always taking the time to listen to my preferences and provide detailed information about each school. Their reassurance and personalised approach have made a real difference.
I truly appreciate how they not only offer accurate insights about the schools I’ve worked with but also provide valuable feedback to the schools based on my experiences. Transitioning from full-time teaching to supply work felt daunting, but their guidance has made the process much smoother. Thank you both! 😊

I Moved here from Australia and I was with a different company before I started with engage. Giovanni rang me with a job offer and he and Tesh have been my consultants ever since. They’ve been able to follow through and support me with everything I’ve needed and have been so professional. They were able to get me a huge increase in pay from my previous agency. Couldn’t recommended them enough

Lenny sent me an email asking if I was looking for a new job. I responded and then he ghosted me. He claimed he called me when he didn’t. I gave him the benefit of the doubt though and thought it’s okay he’s busy he will call me. We eventually scheduled a call for a Monday few weeks back…. He said he would call me at 10am. I set an alarm on my phone for 10am on that day and waited by my phone for him to call. He didn’t so I sent him an email asking whether this was it and whether he was going to still call me. He responded a few days later and asked me if I’m available for a call. I responded again stupidly and then on that same day in the evening surprisingly after leaving him a voicemail he called back. Explained the process etc, got me excited thinking oh I’ll finally get a job and then when I submitted my documents to the link he sent he said he would get back in contact with me. I sent him a follow up email the next day and again in the evening followed by a call at 3:45pm that day, he claimed he had to call a client and then said he would call me back at 4:15pm and then guess what? HE GHOSTED ME AGAIN. I sent him an email, two emails again stupidly wasting my time and he didn’t respond.

He didn’t bother to respond and I give up.
Don’t come to these types of agencies for anything. They’ll waste your time with the hopes of giving your job and then ghost you like Lenny did. I feel stupid for wasting my time but now I know and I will never get in contact with them again.

Working with Amber and Suela to find my permanent teaching position has been such a pleasure. They are both extremely professional and moved things along swiftly so I wasn't out of work for long. They communicated with the school very efficiently and everyone was on the same page. Thankyou so much for your help, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Engage should I need to find another role!

I have been working for engage education for a year now. They have been nothing but excellent, I’m in regular contact with a lot of consultants who always support me and find me regular work. I can’t recommend them enough :)
