I went to the store a a lil girl was stood there I thought it was someone’s child but it was actually a sales assistant. She was so polite and well mannered l, even thought she tried to rip me off but I respect it because it’s part of the job. But overall the experience was amazing that child deserves a raise.

I’m in love with my product, it was the perfect gift, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful!

The Rose I bought was an amazing Golden Wedding present they loved it.

Poor quality roses. Defected stem, could see the metal wire. Scratches on glass dome. Miss was not in a fresh green colour, more like yellowish. Paid for next day delivery but had to exchange so took a few more days for delivery so really I shouldn’t of paid for next day. Was promised gifts with the exchange. Exchange came, still minor scratches on glass dome and moss was worse then the previous one and no gifts. Box opened by DPD because they needed the invoice lable from the new one to put on old one. But there was no invoice from both of them!

Bought Divinity Champagne Rose for my best friend. She loved it. I myself have a selection of Endura roses and they are amazing. So beautifully designed and presented. Endura Roses are the perfect gift

Hand delivered, called me throughout the processing stage and the delivery was professional and care.

Glass smashed very easily. Not made to last. Would never repurchase

Reply: I knocked the top with a plastic bottle (not hard) and it shattered at the top. Something this expensive shouldn’t smash so easily when it’s supposed to be durable long term as it states in your website. The plastic/glass that surrounds the bottle should be much more durable as the rose needing to be airtight.
I was planning to buy a few more larger roses for the living room but will not be doing so now as they are not worth the money.

I bought this in December 2021 also so not sure where March has come from

Absolutely happy! I bought my red Allying a year ago. It’s still just as gorgeous. Excellent quality, elegant product, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!
