Through Kobi & EE, I bought a property that had a tenant already in place. Kobi advised me on the best way to manage the new tenancy while retaining the tenant. Kobi ensures that rental income arrives on time & keeps me up-to-date on any maintenance work that’s needed. All-in-all, no hassle & a smooth process.
