While getting everything set up took a long time, it was a pleasant experience. Brayden is the one I had for customer service and he was exceptionally nice. He was able to relate on gaming and the entire time went by pretty fast. Thank you Brayden and hopefully you get something out of this review because you deserve it.

Had a small problem with the backup storage amount reaching its limit, reported the issue and they upped the limit for me within a day. Really good experience 10/10 recommend. :)

Great company to get a server through, easy as 123. Any time I have need assistance with an issue I was running into they have replied back in minutes if not seconds. Very helpful with trying to please the customer.

i went through a couple other server providers and emplower has been one of the best. when i first buged them in chat it only took a few seconds for them to reply with answers to my questions. so i signed up a new server and since then when i needed help clicked check filled out who i was and got a reply from a HUMAN with in few seconds not some AI that showed me google searchs. great server hosting will use them again for sure!

Spent SGD25/month to purchase a palworld server that crashes twice an hour contacted support and all they replied was they did not see anything wrong on their end.

Support was no help at all, had no documentation for my Palworld server. After an hour of trying to set it up I just asked for a refund and they said no. Don't use this service.

The absolute worst hosting service I have ever had. Servers constantly going down. More downtime than uptime. Support is also a joke, no one replies when you open a ticket and they blame server crashes on everyone but themselves. Don’t waste your money.
I recently changed to another service and they have been great.

After days of not having a working server.
Support is no help, with no solution offered.

Palworld Server Constantly Crashing

Friend has Recently gotten a palworld server through these guys and we are lucky to play half an hour (even with only 1 person on) before the server "Loses Connection" no crash logs nothing on the crashes but it takes 5-10 minutes to "Find Connection" again on the backend, definitely need to fix their stuff because right now we're paying for a server we can barely get 8 hours of usage out of a day, so much for 24/7 uptime
